Charger Construction
The charger features a robust design with clear indicators for operation and status. The main components are:
Components:
- Mode Selection Button: Used to cycle through different charging modes.
- LED Display: Shows charging status, voltage, current, and temperature.
- Black Terminal (-): The negative clamp for connecting to the battery.
- Red Terminal (+): The positive clamp for connecting to the battery.
- Power Cable: Connects the charger to the mains power supply.
- Mode Indicator LED: Illuminates to show the currently selected charging mode.
Display Indicators Explained:
The LED display provides real-time information:
- Temperature: Displays the ambient temperature (e.g., 26.0°C).
- Voltage: Shows the battery voltage (e.g., 12.8V).
- Current: Indicates the charging current (e.g., 10.0A).
- Status Indicators:
- STD: Standard mode.
- AGM/GEL: For AGM, GEL, or EFB batteries.
- WET: For wet cell batteries.
- LIFEPO4: For Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries.
- REPAIR: Indicates the battery repair mode is active.
- Error: Signals an issue with the charging process or battery.
- Turn Off: Indicates the charging cycle is complete or the device is off.
- Full Charge: Shows that the battery is fully charged.
- Winter/Summer Mode Indicators: Icons or text indicating if the charger is operating in winter or summer mode based on temperature.
How to Use the Charger
- Connect the battery clamps to the corresponding battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative).
- Connect the charger's power cable to a mains socket.
- Press the mode selection button repeatedly to cycle through the available charging modes (STD, AGM/GEL, WET, LIFEPO4, REPAIR) until the desired mode is indicated.
- The charger will automatically begin the charging process. The display will show the current status.
- Once charging is complete, the display will indicate "FUL" (Full Charge). Disconnect the charger from the mains power first, then disconnect the battery clamps.
Choosing a Charging Mode
Select the appropriate mode based on your battery type:
- STD: Suitable for standard lead-acid batteries.
- AGM/GEL: For AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat), GEL, or EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) batteries.
- WET: For traditional wet cell lead-acid batteries.
- LIFEPO4: For Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries.
- REPAIR: Used for regenerating batteries that are deeply discharged or have developed sulfate crystals.

Winter/Summer Mode
The device is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor that automatically detects the ambient temperature and selects the appropriate charging voltage. The charging current is increased in winter mode and decreased in summer mode for optimal battery performance in different conditions.
- Normal Room Temperature: 10-27 °C.
- Summer Mode: The charger automatically switches to summer mode when the ambient temperature is above 27 °C.
- Winter Mode: The charger automatically switches to winter mode when the ambient temperature is below 10 °C.
Repair Function
This function is designed to recover very old batteries with critically low voltage, or batteries affected by sulfation.
- Connect the battery to the charger first, then plug the charger into the power outlet.
- Press the mode selection button five times consecutively to enter the repair mode.
- It is recommended to run the repair process for approximately 4 hours. The duration can be extended if the battery does not become hot.
- Upon completion of the repair cycle, the display will show "FUL".
Caution: Do not attempt to repair batteries that are severely damaged!
9-Stage Charging Process
The charger employs a sophisticated 9-stage charging algorithm for efficient and safe battery management:
- Battery Desulfation: Removes sulfate crystals from battery plates.
- Soft Start: Gradually increases charging current.
- Bulk Charging: Delivers maximum charging current until voltage reaches a set point.
- Absorption Charge: Maintains constant voltage while current gradually decreases.
- Constant Charging: Provides a steady, low current to maintain charge.
- Battery Test: Periodically checks the battery's health and charge level.
- Regeneration Charge: Aims to recover deeply discharged batteries.
- Float Charge and Maintenance Charge: Keeps the battery topped up without overcharging.
- Low Current Constant Charging: Maintains charge with minimal current.
Safety Instructions
WARNING: Please read the safety instructions carefully before using the device. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to the product or personal injury.
- Do not charge scrapped, damaged, or non-acidic/voltage-free batteries.
- Do not attempt to disassemble high-voltage batteries.
- Keep the charger away from open flames or sparks during charging.
- Protect the charger from rain and moisture.
- Do not leave the charger connected for more than 12 hours continuously without supervision; prolonged charging is strictly prohibited.
- Do not charge damaged or non-chargeable batteries.
- Ensure the charger is placed in a well-ventilated area and is not covered during operation. Avoid placing it in or on vehicles during charging, as this can create a fire hazard due to potential sparks or flammable gases.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service center to prevent hazards.
- Always disconnect the power supply before connecting or disconnecting the battery clamps.
- This product is not intended for use by children or individuals who are unable to operate it safely.
