Turn On | Press power button for approximately 3 seconds; blue light blinks for 2 seconds. |
Turn Off | Press power button for approximately 3 seconds; light turns off. |
Bluetooth Pairing | Turn on the earphones. On your device, search for the pairing name "MINISO-P12" and select to pair. Blue light blinks. |
Low Battery Alarm | When battery is lower than 3.3V, a low battery alert sounds every 60 seconds. When battery is lower than 3.2V, earphones turn off automatically. Blue light blinks. |
Previous Track | Press Volume- button for approximately 2 seconds to go to the previous track. Blue light blinks. |
Next Track | Press Volume+ button for approximately 2 seconds to go to the next track. Blue light blinks. |
Volume- | Press Volume- button to decrease volume. Blue light blinks. |

Automatic Turning Off | If the earphones are not used for 5 minutes, they will automatically turn off. Light turns off. |
Line In | Line In mode is supported when earphones are powered off. Plug in a 3.5mm audio jack to use. |
Mode Switch | Press the power button to switch between TF card mode and Bluetooth mode. |
Charging | After plugging in the charging cable, the earphones turn off automatically. A red light indicates charging; a blue light indicates fully charged. |
Cautions
- Reasonable control of the volume and time of usage is required to avoid hearing damage.
- For your safety, do not use in potentially hazardous conditions.
- Do not listen to music, make calls, or answer the phone while driving to avoid danger caused by distraction.
- Keep out of reach of children to avoid danger caused by improper use.
- Do not drop the product to avoid damage.
- Do not store or use the product under -20°C or above 45°C to avoid shortening the lifespan of the earphones and battery.
- Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the product.
- The battery is irreplaceable. It should be disposed of according to local rules and regulations or recycled by a professional institute. Do not throw away or toss into fire.
- When not in use for a long time, charge the earphones once every 3 months to extend their lifespan.
- Avoid contact with water and other liquids to prevent them from penetrating into the product.
Troubleshooting
1. Fail to pair the wireless earphones with your cellphone.
Solution: Check if the earphones are in pairing mode and if the phone's Bluetooth function is on. On your phone, remove the earphones from the list of paired devices and follow the user manual instructions to pair them again.
2. Cannot turn on the wireless earphones.
Solution: Check the battery level to see if it is low.
3. Can the battery of the wireless earphones be replaced?
Answer: No. The lithium polymer battery in the earphones is irreplaceable.
4. The wireless earphones got disconnected with the phone within 10 meters.
Solution: Bluetooth is wireless and sensitive to objects between the earphones and the connected device. Check if there are any metal or other objects that may affect the connection within the effective distance.
5. Cannot hear audio playing when the earphones are connected to the computer or phone.
Solution: Check whether the computer's audio output is set to the wireless device and whether the Bluetooth on the computer supports the A2DP protocol. Make sure the volume is turned up on your phone or computer.
6. Can I operate the Apps of my phone through the earphones after connecting them?
Answer: Some apps may not support operation through the earphones due to their specific settings.
