Precautions

  • Always wear appropriate protective equipment when carrying out any work.

  • Always use the correct tools for carrying out any work.

  • Some repairs may not be suitable for unqualified users to carry out. If in doubt, seek the advice of a professional repairer.

Safety Precautions

  • ?? [No water symbol] Before any disassembly/repair operation, ensure the appliance is unplugged, the water tap is closed, and heating elements are cooled down. There is a risk of electrical shock, burning, and flooding.

  • ⚠️ [Warning symbol] Please replace the whole cable group even in case of any minor failure with cables, terminals, or sockets. Never attempt to repair or solder the cable group, as it may cause smoke, ignition, and a major risk of electrical shock.

  • [Attention symbol] Straightly pull out or insert the terminals. Do not twist them, as it may cause damage or ignition.

  • ? [Insulated gloves] Always use insulator gloves to prevent injury by metal edges or to prevent electrical shock during electrical tests. Work with uniforms having long sleeves to protect your arms from metal edges.

  • ⚙️ [Spare parts symbol] Always use original spare parts. Using untested and unapproved 3rd party spare parts may harm the appliance, end user, environment, or yourself.

  • ?️ [Tool use symbol] Use the right tools to prevent any wear or damage to components during assembly/disassembly.

  • ✋? [No touch symbol] Do not touch any rotating object with your hand unless it has stopped completely. Slow rotation may also cause injury.

  • ? [Prohibited symbol] Rebuilding is prohibited. Do not rebuild machine parts and components when performing repairs, as it may cause damage or ignition.

Replacement Procedure: Top Plate

1. Necessary Tools:

  • A. Pliers

  • B. Flat head thin screwdriver

  • C. Cordless screwdriver or classic screwdriver with Torx bits (T20)

2. Disconnection: Remove the electric plug from the socket.

3. Screw Removal: Remove two screws that fix the top plate at the back.

4. Removal: Push the top plate backward and pull it upwards.

Replacement Procedure: Plastic Kick Plate

1. Screw Removal: Remove two screws fixing the plastic kick plate.

2. Removal: Remove the plastic kick plate as shown in the picture.

Replacement Procedure: Internal Feeding Tubes and Spray Arms

1. Unscrew Tabs: Unscrew the feed channel tabs with the help of a screwdriver.

2. Channel Assembly: To assemble, manually narrow the feed channel replacement and insert it into the tabs.

3. Top Spray Channel Removal: Pull out the top spray channel by turning it clockwise.

4. Reinstallation: Turn it counterclockwise to reinstall it.

5. Lower Spray Arm Removal: To remove the lower spray arm, gently pull it up.

Replacement Procedure: Components inside the tub (course, micro, and metal filters)

1. Open Door: Open the dishwasher door.

2. Remove Lower Basket: Remove the lower basket.

3. Microfilter Group Removal: To remove the microfilter group, rotate it counterclockwise and pull it up as shown in the picture.

4. Microfilter Group (Course and Micro Filter) Removal: Pull the microfilter group (course filter and micro filter) as shown in the picture.

5. Metal Filter Removal: To remove the metal filter, pull it up as shown in the picture.

Replacement Procedure: Draining Hose

1. Remove Hose Connection Plastic: Remove the hose connection plastic.

2. Remove Lower Cover: Remove the lower cover.

3. Remove Clamp: Remove the clamp that fixes the draining hose to the sump.

4. Remove Draining Hose: Remove the draining hose. Image shows pliers gripping a clamp on the draining hose.

Replacement Procedure: Baskets

Lower Basket

1. Open Door: Open the machine's door.

2. Pull Basket: Pull the basket towards yourself.

Upper Basket

1. Open Rail Lock: Open the upper basket rail lock front.

2. Remove Basket: Pull the basket towards yourself and remove it.

Replacement Procedure: Water Inlet Valve

a) Remove Lower Cover: Remove the lower cover.

b) Remove Wire: Remove the wire that is connected to the water inlet valve.

c) Remove Clamp: Remove the clamp that connects the water inlet valve and air-break, as shown in the picture.

Valve Removal: To remove the water inlet valve, pull it back as shown in the picture, then release the water inlet valve from the pins it connects to and rotate it counterclockwise.

Replacement Procedure: Sump Group

1. Remove Screws: Remove 2 screws on top.

2. Remove Drain Pump: Remove the drain pump.

3. Remove Drain Hose: Remove the drain hose.

4. Remove Blue Hose: Remove the blue hose from the water softener to the pool group.

Replacement Procedure: Floater

a) Remove Lower Cover: Remove the lower cover.

b) Remove Screws: Remove two screws that fix the floater, as shown in the picture.

c) Remove Hoses: Remove the two floater hoses.

d) Remove Wire: Remove the wire that is connected to the floater.

Replacement Procedure: Water Softener

a) Remove Salt Cup Cover: To remove the salt cup cover, rotate it counterclockwise.

b) Remove Salt Cup Nut: To remove the salt cup nut, rotate it counterclockwise.

c) Remove Left Side Panel: Remove the left side panel.

d) Detach Connections: Detach the connections between the water softener and the air-break.

e) Remove Lower Cover: Remove the lower cover.

f) Remove Hose: Remove the hose that is between the sump and the salt camp.

Replacement Procedure: Parasite Filter

a) Remove Lower Cover: Remove the lower cover.

b) Remove Screw: Remove one screw fixing the parasite filter.

c) Remove Wires: Remove wires.

d) Remove Filter: Push the parasite filter and remove it.

Replacement Procedure: Hose connection plastic

a) Remove Left Side Panel: Remove the left side panel.

b) Remove Hinge: Using a flat tip screwdriver, remove the hose connection plastic's hinge from the basement, as shown in the picture.

c) Push Plastic: Push the hose connection plastic.

Replacement Procedure: Air - break

a) Remove Left Side Panel: Remove the left side panel of the machine.

b) Open Door: Open the machine's door.

c) Remove Nut: Rotate the air-break nut counterclockwise and remove it.

d) Remove Connections: Remove the air-break's connections with the salt cap, as shown in the picture. (Be careful about plastic hinges).

Replacement Procedure: Door Inside

a) Remove Side Panels: Remove side panels.

b) Remove Hinge Spring: Remove the Hinge Spring.

c) Pull Door: Pull the door inside up, as it is shown in the picture.

d) Remove Screws: Remove two screws that fix the hinge movement sheet iron to the door inside.

Knob Removal Instructions

1. Remove Control Panel: Remove the control panel.

2. Remove PCB Box: Remove the PCB box.

3. Remove Tabs: Remove the plastic tabs around the knob by flexing them.

Replacement Procedure: Dispenser Removal

1. Remove Front Panel: Remove the front panel.

2. Disconnect Harness: Disconnect the dispenser cable harness.

3. Remove Metal Tabs: Remove the metal tabs on the top, bottom, and sides to disengage the dispenser.

4. Dispenser Drops: Then the dispenser will drop in.

5. Assemble Tabs: To assemble, tighten the metal tabs with pliers.

6. Engage Dispenser: After applying silicone oil or liquid soap to the dispenser, press down and engage the dispenser.

Replacement Procedure: Door Lock

1. Remove Control Panel Screws: Remove control panel screws.

2. Disconnect Cables: Disconnect cable connections with the door lock.

3. Remove Door Lock Screws: Remove two door lock screws.
