This instruction manual provides technical information for installing the kit. For other installation-related issues such as workplace safety, environmental protection, and injury prevention, comply with current regulations and good technical practices.
Improper installation or assembly of the appliance or its components can lead to unexpected problems for people, animals, and objects. Always read the product instructions carefully for correct installation.
Installation and maintenance must be performed by authorized, professionally qualified staff in compliance with current regulations and manufacturer's instructions.
General Information
The load-bearing structure of the service cabinet is mobile, allowing the kit to be installed with either right or left outlets.
It is recommended to provide shut-off valves for the central heating system to avoid emptying the entire circuit during maintenance.
Installation Procedure
Follow these steps for kit assembly (refer to Fig. 1):
- Preassemble caps (1-4), sample point (5), safety thermostat (6), thermometer (7), coil (11), pressure gauge (8), safety pressure switch (9), and minimum safety pressure switch (10) on the flow manifold (12).
- Note on Pressure Gauge (8): Use pressure gauge 8A (0-6 bar scale) for Victrix Pro 35-55-80 V2 models and pressure gauge 8B (0-10 bar scale) for Victrix Pro 100-120-150 V2 models.

Installation Steps (Detailed)
Refer to Fig. 2 for the following steps:
- Remove caps (A, B, C, D) from the cabinet side.
- Re-assemble caps (A and C) on the side not used for electrical and gas connections.
- Preassemble the pipe (35) onto the ball valve with nipple (29), using gaskets (30). Assemble the check valve with nipple (36) on the return manifold (17) with sealing material. Assemble the pipe (35) and the pre-assembled ball valve/nipple unit onto the nipple, using gasket (30), as shown in Fig. 2.
- Important: Ensure the arrow on the check valve (36) body points towards the boiler.
- Open the cabinet door and fasten the manifold mount brackets (13) using screws (E).
- Fasten the rising brackets (14) to the brackets (13) in the rear of the cabinet using screws (34) and nuts (25).
- Assemble cage nuts (38) onto brackets (13) and (14).
- Fix the lower part of the manifold collar kit (15a) into the cage nut (38) on bracket (14), using washer (16).
- Fix the flow manifold (12) using the upper part of the manifold collar kit (15b) and tighten with screws (15c).
- Connect the pre-assembled 3-way valve kit (33) to the flow manifold (12) with gasket (30).
- Connect to the system on the left side using gasket (18), screws (19), washers (20), and nuts (21).
- Fix the blank flange (22) to the manifold (12) on the right side using screws (19), nuts (21), washers (20), and gasket (18), as shown in Fig. 2.
- Fix the lower part of the manifold collar kit (15a) to the support bracket (13) into the cage nut (38), using washer (16).
- Secure the return manifold (17) using the upper part of the manifold collar kit (15b) and tighten with screws (15c). Screw cap (2) into the return manifold (17).
- Connect to the system on the left side using gasket (18), screws (19), washers (20), and nuts (21).
- Fix the blank flange (22) to the manifold (17) on the right side using screws (19), nuts (21), washers (20), and gasket (18), as shown in Fig. 2.
- Fix the lower part of the collar kit (24a) to the support bracket (13) into the cage nut (38), using washer (16).
- Secure the pipe (23) using the upper part of the collar kit (24b) and tighten with screws (24c). Connect sleeve (27) to pipe (23) using branch (26). Insert cap (28) into sleeve (27).
- Tighten cable clamp (37) in the cabinet hole.
- For kits with free outputs on the right side, follow the installation shown in Fig. 2a.
Victrix Pro V2 100-120-150 Manifold Rotation
After assembling the manifolds with safety devices and before hanging the boiler, loosen screws (15c) of collars (15b) and rotate manifold (12) forward by 45° (Fig. 3). Then hang the boiler and rotate manifold (12) by 45° in the opposite direction. Lock collars (15b) by retightening screws (15c) (Fig. 4).

Victrix Pro V2 35-55-80 and 100-120-150 Connections
Victrix Pro V2 35-55-80: Convey the drain of the trap, safety valve funnel, and 3-way valve into branch (26). Connect boiler delivery (M) with pipe (32B) to 3-way valve (33) and return (R) with pipe (31B) to ball valve (29), using gaskets (30) (Fig. 5).
Victrix Pro V2 100-120-150: Convey the drain of the trap, safety valve funnel, and 3-way valve into branch (26). Connect boiler delivery (M) with pipe (32A) to 3-way valve (33) and return (R) with pipe (31A) to ball valve (29), using gaskets (30) (Fig. 6).

Note: Downstream system components like expansion tanks must be sized according to the system's flow rate. After the initial temperature test, check all pipe tightness. Boilers must be installed with original Immergas kits and safety devices. Immergas S.p.A. is not liable if installers do not use approved Immergas original kits or use them improperly. Ensure system shut-off cocks or 3-way valves are closed before turning off the boiler.
Installation Without Interception Valves
The ball valve (29) and 3-way valve (33) can be replaced with G 1 1/2" M-M nipples (40) and extension pipe (39) if boiler interception is not required (Fig. 7 & 8).

Manifolds Assembly with Multiple Cabinets Side by Side
To assemble the kit with multiple cabinets side by side:
- Place cabinets (34) side by side at the distance shown in Fig. 9.
- Connect cabinets as shown in Fig. 10, using gaskets (35).
- Ensure flanges are correctly positioned and parallel.
- Ensure the gasket is centered. Small silicone dots can be used to temporarily secure the gasket in place due to difficult access, without compromising its efficiency.
