Immergas Hydraulic Manifold Kit with Additional Boiler

All Immergas products are protected with suitable transport packaging and must be stored in a dry place protected from the weather. This manual outlines kit installation procedures. For other installation-related issues, such as workplace safety, environmental protection, and accident prevention, it is necessary to comply with current regulations and principles of good practice.

Improper installation or assembly of Immergas appliances, components, accessories, kits, and devices can lead to unforeseen problems for people, animals, and objects. Carefully read the provided instructions for proper installation. Installation and maintenance must be performed in compliance with regulations, manufacturer's instructions, and by professionally qualified staff with specific technical skills in the plant sector, as required by law.

Kit Assembly

Step 1: Pre-assemble the fitting (14) and the nipple (4) on the 3-way valve (13) using suitable sealing material.

Step 2: Pre-assemble the fitting (14) on the system shut-off valve (11) using suitable sealing material.

Step 3: Pre-assemble the nipple (4) on the check valve (3) using suitable sealing material.

Step 4: Connect the check valve (3) to the manifold (9). Ensure the arrow on the check valve casing faces the rear wall and use suitable sealing material on the connection thread.

Step 5: Connect the 3-way valves (13) to the boiler's supply (M) and the shut-off valve (11) to the boiler's return (R), interposing the gasket (1) for both.

Step 6: Connect the insulated pipe (2) to the valve (13) and the insulated pipe (5) to the valve (11), interposing the gasket (1).

Step 7: Connect the flow manifold (9) to the insulated pipe (2) and the return manifold (9) (with check valve) to the insulated pipe (5), using gaskets (1) and (6).

Step 8: After the initial temperature test, check the tightness of all pipes.

Step 9: After installation and testing, insert the insulation (15, 16, 17, and 18) on the relevant components as shown in Figure 2.

Note: Downstream system components, such as expansion tanks, must be sized according to the system's flow rate.

Note: If assembling the kit with free outputs on the left side, follow the installation as shown in Figure 3.

Attention: Modular generators installed in cascade (set) with an original connection kit are considered a single appliance and assume the serial number of the generator nearest to the INAIL safety devices.

Attention: Victrix Pro V2 boilers have an IPX5D electric insulation rating and can be installed outdoors using relevant kits. Protect outdoor installations from the elements.

Attention: Boilers must be installed with their original kits and safety devices. Immergas declines all liability if installers do not use or improperly use INAIL-approved original devices and kits.

Note: Switch off the boiler before closing system shut-off cocks or 3-way valves.

Note: The additional hydraulic manifold kit must not be connected to an individual boiler.
