Warnings and Care
Important:
- Ensure the USB port cover is closed and secured. This protects it from sweat and water.
- The JLab BT earbuds must be completely dry before charging. If exposed to any moisture, internal components may be damaged. It is recommended to air dry them before charging.
- Avoid getting moisture or liquids into the earbuds or charging port.
- Avoid extreme high or low temperatures, or humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds. Do not strain the cable by yanking or applying excessive force, or by bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, reducing sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully remove earwax with a dry cotton swab or other small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinue using the device.
- If you experience persistent discomfort while using the product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- It is recommended to treat your earbuds like a pair of expensive sunglasses: store them in a safe place when not in use.
