First Installation: Bluetooth Pairing
Enable Bluetooth in your device settings. ?
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light will flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode. ?
Select 'JLab JBuds Band' in your device's Bluetooth settings to pair. The indicator light will flash slow blue when Bluetooth is paired. ?

Returning Use
If the JLab JBuds Band has been paired with your device previously, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your Bluetooth device when powered on. (Refer to BUTTON FUNCTIONS for details).
Button Functions
- Volume Up: Single click
- Track Forward: Long press (over 2 seconds)
- Power On/Off: Long press (2 seconds)
- Play/Pause/Answer/Hang Up: Single click
- Reject Incoming Call: Long press (1 second)
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double click
- Bluetooth Pairing: (Follow First Installation: Bluetooth Pairing)
- Volume Down: Single click
- Track Backward: Long press (over 2 seconds)
Equalizer Modes
Short press either button to cycle through different EQ settings (JBuds Band offers 3 EQ modes):
- JLab SIGNATURE (One beep): JLab C3™ signature sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
- BALANCED (Two beeps): Balanced sound with no extra sound enhancements.
- BASS BOOST (Three beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Sound Notifications
- Power On: Ring
- Bluetooth Pairing: Two beeps
- Battery Low: "Low battery" (Less than 20%)
- Power Off: Ring
Charging
Open the USB cover and connect the cable to a computer or USB power source to charge. ?
Indicator light is solid red while charging and turns blue when fully charged. ?

Fit
Select the ear tip size.
Position the earpiece with the adjustable ear tip for your preferred fit.
Rest the band around your neck, with the control module positioned on your right side.
ATP (Adjustable Tip Placement)
- POSITION 1: Snug, deeper fit.
- POSITION 2: Relaxed, shallower fit.

Troubleshooting: Pairing Issues
I don't see JLab JBuds Band on my device
Turn Bluetooth off and on again via device settings. ?
If you still don't see JLab JBuds Band, repeat the FIRST INSTALLATION: Bluetooth Pairing instructions.
JLab JBuds Band does not reconnect to my device after powering on
Forget JLab JBuds Band in device settings.
Turn Bluetooth off and on again via device settings.
Repeat FIRST INSTALLATION: Bluetooth Pairing instructions.
Bluetooth Pairing with an Unwanted Device
Note: The JLab JBuds Band can remember up to 8 devices. It will automatically try to pair with the last used device.
If you have more than one device paired with JLab JBuds Band, turn Bluetooth OFF on unwanted devices and turn Bluetooth back ON on the selected device.
Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. Release. The indicator light flashes red and blue to indicate pairing mode. Select 'JLab JBuds Band' in your device settings to pair. The indicator light flashes slow blue when Bluetooth is paired. ?

Warnings
Ensure the USB cover is closed and secured. This protects against sweat and water damage. ⚠️
For charging, the JLab JBuds Band headset must be completely dry. Exposure to moisture may damage internal components. It is best to air dry the headset before charging.
WARNING
- Ensure no moisture or liquids enter the ear tips or charging port.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds, pulling the cable forcefully, applying extreme force, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may accumulate in the earbuds, reducing sound quality. Gently remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small object to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or stopping use temporarily.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- We recommend treating your earbuds with care, similar to sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
