Step 4: Cut Flexible Hose (if needed)
If the flexible drain hose is too long, measure and cut it to the required length using a hacksaw. Ensure the cut is clean.

Step 5: Mount Bracket
Prepare the mounting bracket. Attach the bracket to the wall using the provided bolt (Part 148975). Ensure it is securely fastened.

Step 6: Install Sink Strainer
Insert the sink strainer assembly (Part 195565) into the sink drain opening from above. Ensure the sealing ring is correctly positioned. Tighten the strainer assembly from below.

Step 7: Connect Drain Hose to Trap
Connect one end of the flexible drain hose to the outlet of the sink trap.

Step 8: Connect Drain Hose to Wall Outlet
Connect the other end of the flexible drain hose to the wall's drain pipe. Ensure proper alignment and secure connections.
[Diagram: Shows the flexible hose being connected to a pipe in the wall.]
Step 9: Check Angles and Connections
Ensure all pipe connections are secure and that the trap has the correct slope for drainage. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the hose.
[Diagram: Shows multiple views of pipe connections. Some configurations are marked with a red cross (❌) indicating incorrect angles or placement, while correct connections are implied. An informational icon (ⓘ) may be present.]
Step 10: Test for Leaks
Run water into the sink and check all connections for leaks. The water should drain freely through the trap.
[Diagram: Shows two sink configurations. The first shows water draining correctly through the trap (✔️). The second shows water leaking from an incorrect connection, marked with a red cross (❌).]
Step 11: Clean Trap (Maintenance)
Periodically, the trap may need cleaning. Remove any debris from the trap outlet and dispose of it in a trash can. Reattach any removed parts securely.
[Diagram: Shows debris being removed from the trap outlet and placed in a trash can. A magnified view shows a cap being removed from the trap outlet and then reattached with an audible "Click!".]
Step 12: Secure Flexible Hose
Use the provided mounting bracket to secure the flexible drain hose to the wall, ensuring it is held in place and does not sag excessively.
[Diagram: Shows the flexible hose being secured to the wall using a bracket and screws. A magnified view illustrates the bracket attachment.]
Step 13: Install Sink Strainer Cap (if applicable)
If your model includes a separate cap for the strainer, insert it as shown.

Maintenance and Care
After a period of use, check all connections to ensure they are tight and leak-free.
