Operating Instructions
1. Setup
- Carefully unpack the heat press and all accessories. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Place the machine on a sturdy, level, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate space around it for ventilation and operation.
- Connect the power cord to a properly grounded electrical outlet matching the machine's voltage requirement.
- Install the desired curved heating element onto the machine's lower platen. Ensure it is securely attached.
2. Powering On and Setting Parameters
- Turn on the power switch. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Setting Temperature: Press the 'M' (Mode) button until the temperature indicator flashes. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired temperature in Fahrenheit (°F) or Celsius (°C). Press 'M' again to confirm.
- Setting Time: Press the 'M' button until the time indicator flashes. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired transfer time. Press 'M' again to confirm.
- The machine will begin heating to the set temperature. The current temperature will be displayed.
3. Transfer Process
- Once the machine reaches the set temperature, it is ready for use.
- Prepare your design on sublimation paper or other transfer material.
- Place the hat onto the appropriate curved heating element, ensuring it is smooth and positioned correctly.
- Place the transfer design onto the hat, ink-side down.
- Close the clamshell handle firmly. The timer will automatically start counting down. ⏳
- When the timer reaches zero, it will beep. ?
- Carefully open the clamshell handle.
- Remove the hat and the transfer paper. Allow the hat to cool before handling further.
Maintenance and Care
