Assembly & Use Steps
- Tighten knob: Secure the main assembly by tightening the knob.
- Rotate the heat transfer board to the side: Move the heating element away from the work area.
- Place object and pattern: Position the item (e.g., T-shirt) on the heat transfer board and place the printed pattern on top.
- Adjust pressure: Use the adjustment switch to set the desired pressure.
- Final check: Ensure all connections are secure before operation.
Intelligent Temperature Controller Operation Method
I. Preparation before Using
- Ensure the power plug is securely connected to a reliable, grounded electrical socket.
- Connect the heat press element to the machine and plug the machine into the wall outlet. Turn on the power switch. (Nominal voltage: 220V, Max. input power: 1250W)
II. Set Temperature Required
Set the temperature and time according to the table below. Temperature is measured in Degrees Fahrenheit.
Press Object | Initial Temperature (°F) | Highest Temperature (°F) | Proper Heating Time (s) |
---|---|---|---|
Mugs | 230 | 330 | 40 |
Tiles | 230 | 330 | 40 |
Metal board | 230 | 300 | 40 |
Plate | 230 | 355 | 150 (Sublimation paper: 30-50s) |
T-shirt | 230 | 355 | T-shirt Paper: 10-20s |
A. Initial Temperature Setting (Range: 200-450°F)
Press the "MODE" button once. The "set light" will turn red. Use the "plus/minus" keys to set the initial heating temperature.
B. Highest Temperature Setting (Range: 200-450°F)
Press the "MODE" button a second time. The "temperature light" will turn red. Use the "plus or minus" keys to set the highest heating temperature.
C. Proper Heating Time Setting (Range: 0-999 sec.)
Press the "MODE" button a third time. The "time light" will turn red. Use the "plus or minus" keys to set the proper heating time.
D. Finish the Setting and Stands by to Work
Press the "MODE" button a fourth time to finish the setting. The "set light" will remain on, and the temperature will continue to rise. When the set maximum temperature is reached, a buzzer will sound, and the countdown will begin. After the countdown, a "BEEF" sound will be emitted, the indicator light will turn off, and the machine will be ready for use.
Note:
- The machine has a self-locking function for temperature setting. If the starting temperature is set to 340°F, the machine will limit the maximum temperature setting to a range of 340-430°F. Conversely, if the maximum temperature is set to 250°F first, the machine will limit the starting temperature setting to a range of 200-250°F.
- Initial heating temperature must always be less than or equal to the highest heating temperature.
Important Safety Note: Turn off the power and unplug the machine before removing items. It is recommended to wear heat-resistant gloves or wait 2-3 minutes for the item to cool before handling. Be careful of hot surfaces.
Replacing Parts
Replace Baking Tray Mat
- Unplug the machine.
- Rotate the heat transfer board to the side.
- Select the appropriate size baking pan mat (Part A or B).
- Plug the machine back in.
Replace Baking Cap Mat
- Unplug the machine.
- Rotate the heat transfer board to the side.
- Loosen the bottom screw and remove the old cushion.
- Lift the cushion up.
- Install the new baking pad (Part D).
- Use the screwdriver to tighten the 2 screws and place the cap on the pad.
Replace Baking Coaster
- For Coasters (Part F or G):
- Install Part H to Part E. Tighten screws on both sides, starting with side 1, then side 2.
- Select the appropriate size baking coaster (Part F or G).
- Place the cup in Part E.
- Plug in the machine and adjust the tightness.
- For Cups (Part E with attachments I or J):
- Install Part I or J to Part E. Tighten screws on both sides, starting with side 1, then side 2.
- Plug in the machine and adjust the tightness.
- Place the cup in Part E.
III. Printing Methods
- Adjust the pressure to your requirement (not too tight, not too loose).
- Plug in the power cord and turn the power switch ON.
- Set the initial temperature, highest temperature, and press time.
- When the temperature reaches the set initial temperature, a "BEEF" sound will be emitted.
- Press the ► button once. Place the object (e.g., T-shirt) on the press bed. Pull down the handle to press the object.
- Wait for the time to end. A long buzzer sound will indicate completion (approximately 5s). A short buzzer may sound afterwards to prompt for the next action. If no further action is taken, the temperature will revert to the initial setting.
- Remove the object.
- Turn off the power switch.
IV. Trouble Shooting for Transfer Quality
- Pale Color: Temperature too low, incorrect pressure, or insufficient pressing time.
- Blurring Pattern: Excessive transfer time.
- Part Blurring of Pattern: Uneven heat distribution or incorrect pressure. Adjust pressure using the surface adjusters if necessary (though factory settings are recommended).
- Dull Surface of Pattern: Pressure too high or temperature too high.
- Scarred Pattern: Transfer time too long.
- Different Pattern Color: Incorrect pressure or poor quality transfer paper.
- Adhesive Paper: Temperature too high or poor printing ink.
CAUTION
- Check the correct voltage before use and ensure operation with reliable grounded protection.
- Turn OFF and DISCONNECT the power supply before replacing heat units. Wear insulated gloves if the unit is still hot.
- Avoid prolonged burning of heating parts without turning off the power. Use a scrap material for continuous operation. Avoid damaging heating units with sharp objects.
- Do not touch heating units or compression springs without protection to prevent injury.
- If the handle is difficult to push, adjust the rotation lock screw to reduce spring pressure.
- Before lifting the machine, lock the machine head with the rotation lock screw, loosen the handle, and do not lower the machine beyond its limit.
- Keep children away from the machine.
- Do not attempt to press products not intended for normal heat transfer. Avoid empty burning of baking pads.
