Recipes

French Fries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into desired fry shape. Pat dry thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Chicken Nuggets

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken pieces first into the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through. Drizzle with olive oil before cooking for extra crispiness if desired.

Onion Rings

Instructions:

Mozzarella Sticks

  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.

Sweet Potato Fries

Fried Chicken

Spring Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using meat, cook it with garlic and ginger until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped vegetables, cooked meat (if used), soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling onto a spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides in, then roll up tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.
  5. Arrange spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray or brush with oil.
