- The customer whose name is shown in the invoice must present the product's proof of purchase and this warranty certificate.
- This warranty certificate becomes effective from the date of purchase.
- The company will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty.
- Emerald will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- During the warranty period, Emerald will only repair or replace the item ONCE.
- Shipping cost will be covered by the customer whose name is shown in the invoice.
Warranty Conditions
The Warranty will not be valid:
- If the customer does not present a copy of the invoice that shows the product ordered (must show amount paid for product) or video of product that is malfunctioning.
- Warranty certification information is not completed.
- Damage to the product caused by improper operation or use, by not following user manual instructions or defects caused by external sources, impact, paint, cosmetic damage in general, scratches, fissures, evidence of residues of water, food inside the unit.
- If warranty certificate is expired.
