- The customer whose name is shown in the invoice must present proof of purchase and this warranty card.
- This warranty certificate becomes effective from the date of purchase.
- Emerald will repair the product at no cost by using new or refurbished replacement parts, only if it is still under warranty.
- During the warranty period, Emerald will only repair or replace the item ONCE.
- Shipping cost MUST be covered by customer whose name is shown on the invoice – be ready to send payment via check or by credit card.
Warranty card will not be valid if
- Customer does not present proof of purchase (invoice that shows amount paid and order date).
- Customer does not present a video that shows a malfunctioned item.
- Customer does not provide Emerald with the warranty card filled out.
- Item is damaged by improper operation/use, by not following user manual instructions.
- Damages are caused by external sources, impact, scratched or cosmetic damage, evidence of residues of water, food inside the unit.
- If warranty card has expired.
