Important Safety Precautions
When using this product, always adhere to the following warnings and precautions. Failure to do so may result in fire, burns, electric shock, or serious injury.
General Warnings
- Power Cord Handling: Do not pull, pinch, scratch, damage, or place heavy objects on the power cord. Keep the cord away from heat sources and ensure it is not pinched. Do not handle the plug or equipment with wet hands.
- Ventilation: Do not block any openings. Ensure openings are clear of dust, lint, and hair that could obstruct airflow.
- Keep Clear: Keep hair, clothing, fingers, and other body parts away from openings and moving parts.
- Unplugging: Turn off the product before unplugging. Pull the plug by the connector, not the cord.
- Prevent Falls: If the product is in a location where it could fall, use physical barriers to prevent falls.
- Flammable Substances: Do not vacuum flammable or combustible liquids like gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
- Burning Materials: Do not vacuum burning or smoking materials such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
- Operation Without Parts: Do not operate the product without the dustbin and filter installed.
- Battery Replacement: The battery is not user-replaceable. Contact customer support for battery replacement.
- Repairs: Repairs should only be performed by authorized personnel. If the product malfunctions, contact customer support and do not attempt self-repair.
- Battery Leakage: If the battery leaks electrolyte, do not touch it. If contact occurs, wash immediately with water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. If electrolyte gets into eyes, rinse immediately with running water and seek medical attention. Electrolyte leakage can cause inflammation or burns.
- Damaged Product: Do not use the product if the battery pack or product is damaged or modified. This can lead to unpredictable operation, fire, explosion, or injury.
- Heat Exposure: Do not expose the product to fire or high temperatures (above 130°C), as this may cause an explosion.
- Charging: Charge the product only within the specified temperature range (5-40°C) and follow all charging instructions. Improper charging can damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- Modification: Do not modify the product or battery pack.
- Operating Environment: Operate, charge, and store the product within a temperature range of 5-40°C.
- Charging Station: Use only the included self-empty station for charging.
- Station Compatibility: The included self-empty station and power cord are not interchangeable with other products.
- Water Leakage: If the product is dropped, damaged, or leaking water, discontinue use and contact customer support.
- Child Safety: Do not use in rooms where children are sleeping, near open flames, or in areas with fragile items, as contact could lead to accidents.
- Outdoor/Wet Use: Not for outdoor use or use with liquids.
- Carrying: Ensure the product is turned off before carrying. Avoid touching the power button while carrying to prevent accidental activation.
- Supervision: Children and individuals requiring supervision should use the product under the guidance of someone who can explain safe usage. Ensure a full understanding of potential hazards before use.
- Carpet/Leather: Do not use on high-pile carpets or leather products.

- Before use, clear clothing, scattered papers, and cords from the floor. Ensure blind and curtain cords, power cords, and small toys are out of reach to prevent entanglement. The product may pull power cords, causing objects on tables or shelves to fall.
