Know your phone
The TECNO CAMON 19 Neo features the following external components:
- 1. Front camera: Located at the top front of the device.
- 2. Volume + key: Used to increase the volume.
- 3. Volume - key: Used to decrease the volume.
- 4. Power key & side fingerprint sensor: Used to power the device on/off and unlock it.
SIM/SD card installation
To install a SIM or SD card:
- Power off the mobile device.
- Refer to the provided diagrams for the correct placement of SIM and SD cards.
Charging the phone
You can charge your TECNO CAMON 19 Neo using a charger or by connecting it to a computer via a USB cable (included with the phone).
Important: Use only TECNO-approved chargers and cables. Using other chargers or cables may damage the device and invalidate your phone's warranty.
FCC Caution
Labelling requirements: This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons regardless of age or health.
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The TECNO CAMON 19 Neo (Device types: CH6IS, FCC ID: 2ADYY-CH6IS) has been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the ear is 1.01W/kg, and when properly worn on the body is 0.45 W/kg.
Body-worn Operation: This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. To comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 1.0 cm must be maintained between the user's body and the handset, including the antenna. Third-party belt-clips, holsters, and similar accessories used with this device should not contain any metallic components. Body-worn accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.
