1 Important Safety Instructions
Hearing Safety
Danger: To prevent hearing damage, limit the time you use the headphones at high volume and set the volume to a safe level. The louder the volume, the shorter the safe listening time.
When using headphones, always follow these guidelines:
- Listen at reasonable volume levels for reasonable periods.
- Be careful not to adjust the volume level continuously higher after your hearing has adapted.
- Do not set the volume so high that you cannot hear what is around you.
- Use caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
- Excessive sound pressure from headphones can cause hearing loss.
- Using headphones that cover both ears while driving is not recommended and may be illegal in some areas.
- For your own safety, avoid listening to music or making phone calls in traffic or other potentially hazardous environments.
General Information

- Avoid exposing the headphones to excessive heat.

- If necessary, clean the product with a soft cloth, slightly dampened with water or a mild soap solution.
- For products with a built-in battery, avoid exposing it to excessive heat (direct sunlight, open flame, etc.).
- Incorrect battery replacement may result in an explosion hazard. Replace the battery only with the same or an equivalent type.
- To achieve the specified IP rating, ensure the charging port cover is closed.
- Disposing of a battery in a fire or hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery, may result in an explosion.
- Leaving a battery in an extremely high ambient temperature condition may result in a leakage of flammable electrolyte or gas.
- Leaving a battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in a leakage of flammable electrolyte or gas.
- To prevent fire hazard, the device is equipped with an external power supply that complies with PS1 design specifications (output power less than 15W).
Operating and Storage Temperature and Humidity
- Store in a place where the temperature is between -20°C and 50°C and relative humidity is up to 90%.

3 Getting Started
Charging the battery
Charging Case
Insert one end of the USB-C cable into the charging case and the other end into a power source.
Note:
- Before using the headphones, place them in the charging case and charge for 2 hours for optimal battery capacity and usage life.
- To prevent any damage, use only the original USB-C charging cable.
- End the call before charging. Connecting the earbuds for charging will turn them off.
- If the headset is not used for a long time, the rechargeable battery will discharge. To prevent this loss, charge the battery at least every three months.
Earbuds
Take out the earbuds and remove the insulating stickers.
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid; they will then start charging.
Tip:
- The charging case is a portable backup battery for charging the earbuds. A fully charged charging case can fully charge the earbuds three times.
- Typically, charging via USB cable takes 2 hours (for earbuds or charging case).
Wearing the Earbuds
Putting on the earbuds:
- Check the position of the earbuds: left or right.
- Insert the earbuds into your ear and rotate slightly until they fit securely.
Pairing for the first time
- Ensure the earbuds are fully charged and turned off.
- Open the charging case lid. Take out the earbuds.
The white and blue LEDs on both earbuds will flash alternately. The earbuds are now in pairing mode and can be paired with a Bluetooth device (e.g., mobile phone).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
- Pair the earbuds with your Bluetooth device. Refer to your Bluetooth device's user manual.
Note: If the earbuds cannot find any previously connected Bluetooth device after being turned on, they will automatically enter pairing mode.
Pairing with other Bluetooth devices
To pair with another Bluetooth device, simply press and hold the MFB button on both earbuds for five seconds to enter pairing mode, then place them back into the charging case. Then, take them out again and discover the other device as usual.
Single Earbud (Mono Mode)
For mono mode, take out either the right or left earbud from the charging case. The earbud will turn on by itself.
Note: The voice assistant is disabled in mono mode.
Take out the other earbud from the charging case, and they will pair with each other.
Note: The earbuds can store up to four paired devices. If you try to pair more than four devices, the earliest paired device will be replaced.
4 Using the Earbuds
Connecting to a Bluetooth device
- Turn on Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device.
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
The blue LED flashes. The earbuds search for the last connected Bluetooth device and reconnect automatically. If the last connected device is not present, the earbuds will enter compatibility mode.
Tip:
- Earbuds can only be connected to one device at a time. If you have multiple paired Bluetooth devices, enable Bluetooth only for the device you want to connect to.
- If you turn on Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device after turning on the earbuds, you must go to your device's Bluetooth menu and pair the earbuds manually.
Note: If the earbuds fail to connect to any Bluetooth device within three minutes, they will turn off automatically to save battery. For some Bluetooth devices, connection may not be automatic. In this case, you need to go to your device's Bluetooth menu and connect the earbuds manually.
