The ROVSUN stainless steel hot dog roller series, including models with bun warmers, are designed by incorporating the advantages of similar products available domestically and internationally. These units feature a novel style, reasonable structure, convenient operation, fast heating speed, ease of cleaning, and energy efficiency. They serve as specialized equipment for grilling sausages.

During transportation, the hot dog roller must be handled with care to prevent violent vibrations. The unit should not be stored outdoors for extended periods. It should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive warehouse and must not be stored upside down. If temporary outdoor storage is necessary, measures should be taken to protect it from rain.

• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its authorized service agent, or similarly qualified personnel to avoid hazards.
• The voltage used by this equipment must match the power supply voltage.
• Users must install a suitable power socket and fuse near the equipment. All power cords must comply with safety regulations.
• Electrical connections, installation, and maintenance of this equipment should be performed by personnel holding an electrician operation certificate.
• This product cannot be cleaned using a jet water spray.
• This appliance must not be immersed in water.

• The rollers must be cleaned before use.
• Turn on the rotary switch and apply a small amount of edible oil to the roller surface before grilling sausages to prevent sticking.
• The temperature control switches on the panel independently manage two sets of rollers. For models with 7 rollers, the front four rollers are controlled separately from the back three. For models with 11 rollers, the front six are controlled separately from the back five. Users can select one or all temperature controls based on baking needs or the number of sausages. Adjust the temperature, and the corresponding heating indicator light will illuminate. When the preset temperature is reached, the indicator light will turn off. If the temperature drops below the preset level, the indicator light will turn on again, resuming heating. This circulation heating method conserves energy and ensures barbecue quality.
• To keep food items like buns and sausages warm, open the drawer, place an appropriate amount of food inside, turn on the heat preservation switch, and adjust to the required temperature.
• Shutdown: Turn off the power switch.

• When cleaning the machine, open the rotating switch and turn off the heating temperature control. Clean the machine while it is rotating. (Note: Exercise caution for safety when cleaning the machine during rotation to prevent accidents.)
• Do not use metal utensils when cleaning the machine. Use only a wooden shovel or soft cloth to clean the roller surface to prevent damage.
• After daily use, clean the rollers with a soft cloth to maintain the machine's appearance and cleanliness.
