1. Introduction
This machine is used to warm up hot dogs and buns by steaming, which makes it easy to prepare delicious hot dogs. This equipment is easy to clean and operate. It will be ideal for use in rental shops, convenience stores, vending carts, restaurants, snack bars, or other occasions.

3. Safety
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, otherwise the machine may malfunction or be damaged. Send the unit to the nearest authorized service center for examination and repair.
- This equipment uses cable model YZW, specifications 3×1mm², with a yellow-green ground wire.
- The voltage of this machine is indicated on the rating plate at the side of the machine.
- Place the machine on a flat and stable surface. Connect with a DX47-63, C16 Leakage air Switch and a three-prong plug.
- This appliance must be grounded while in use to protect the operator from electrical shock.
- Unplug the main power cord from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Please allow the unit to cool, clean, cover it, and store it in a dry and safe place if not used for a long time.
- To avoid any risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, or the machine into water or other liquid.
- This appliance must be grounded to ensure safety.
CAUTION: NEVER immerse in water or near water. Machine surface is HOT, please do not touch to avoid injury.
4. Electrical Schematic
The electrical schematic shows the following components and connections for an AC 220V/50Hz power supply:
- L: Live wire
- N: Neutral wire
- E: Earth/Ground wire
- ST1: Thermostat
- Q-S: Limit the warm (likely a thermal cut-off or limit switch)
- PT: Switch
- HL1: Indicator light
- EH1: Electric heat pipe
The circuit includes connections from the power supply through the switch, thermostat, and limit warm device to the indicator light and the electric heat pipe, with the earth wire connected for safety.
5. Before Use
- This appliance should connect with a Leakage DZ121/1N, with a leakage current of 15mA.
- The machine should be stored in a dry and safe place, below 40°C.
- Place the machine on a flat and stable surface, with a tilt of less than 3°.
6. Transportation and Maintenance
The machine contains glass inside, so handle it carefully during transportation. Do not use outdoors. Store in a dry and safe place after use. Please do not place the machine upside down. Do not install near a pool or water.
7. Operation
- Place hot dogs on the steam plate and buns on the bread plate, then close the glass door.
- Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, and set the temperature controller to 50-60°C.
- After 10 minutes, warm and fresh hot dogs will be ready for service.
- The machine should be cleaned every day.
- Please drain all water if the equipment is not used for a long time to prevent deterioration.

9. Assembly Cue
The assembly process involves the following steps:

- Place the grill racks as needed.
- Close the glass doors securely.
- The unit is now ready for operation after following the 'Before Use' and 'Operation' instructions.
