Battery Information
The device is equipped with a rechargeable battery that ages over time due to its physical and chemical properties. The manufacturer provides the maximum operating time under laboratory conditions with optimal settings and a new, fully charged battery. Actual battery life may vary and is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
LI-ION Battery
To preserve the battery's lifespan, it is not recommended to discharge it below 3.18V or 15% capacity. Discharging below 2.5V per cell can cause permanent damage and is not covered by warranty. If the battery or device is not used for over a month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level every two months. Store the battery and device in a dry place, protected from sun and negative temperatures.
LIPO Battery

Store the battery and device in a dry place, protected from sun and negative temperatures.
Warranty Information
Importer: INNPRO Robert Błędowski, ul. Rudzka 65c, 44-200 Rybnik, Poland.
Warranty Terms: Products purchased in Hungary are subject to statutory warranty according to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.). The duration depends on the purchase price: 2 years for prices between 100,000 HUF and 250,000 HUF; 3 years for prices above 250,000 HUF. Missing deadlines results in loss of rights.
The statutory warranty is the responsibility of the seller (distributor). Improperly issued warranty cards do not affect warranty validity. Claims based on improperly issued cards are still the seller's responsibility.
Exclusions and Limitations
The importer does not provide warranty for software quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, or suitability. The seller is exempt from warranty obligations if they can prove the defect occurred after delivery (e.g., due to misuse, unauthorized repair).
The warranty does not cover:
- a) Physical damage, fire, or water damage not caused by manufacturing defects (including user errors).
- b) Damage from improper use, unauthorized disassembly, or tampering inconsistent with the user manual.
- c) Water damage from improper preparation, use, or use inconsistent with the manual.
- d) Unauthorized circuit modifications or damage from improper battery use.
- e) Damage from use in adverse weather conditions (e.g., storm, sandstorm, rain).
- f) Damage from operation in strong electromagnetic fields.
- g) Damage from operation in environments with high interference.
- h) Damage from low battery voltage or improper battery use.
- i) Products with altered, erased, or destroyed identification numbers.
- j) Products lacking proof of purchase, or where proof of purchase is unidentifiable or falsified.
- k) Damage from improper storage, transport, or dropping.
- l) Vandalism.
- m) Malfunctions occurring after purchase due to external causes.
- n) Failure to perform required periodic inspections or maintenance prescribed by the manufacturer.
- o) Any intervention or repair that caused the defect or its cause, performed by a service other than the official service center listed on this warranty card.
Statutory Warranty Rights
Within the warranty period, the consumer may choose repair or replacement, unless impossible or disproportionately costly. Price reduction or contract withdrawal is possible if repair/replacement is refused or not completed in time.
The seller must replace the product within 8 days if it's irreparable after the first repair attempt, if it malfunctions again after three repairs, or if repair is not completed within 30 days of notification.
If replacement is not possible, the seller must refund the purchase price within 8 days.
Repairs or replacements must be performed within a reasonable time, ideally within 15 days, considering the product's nature and consumer expectations. Warranty claims must be reported to the seller immediately upon discovering a defect. If a replacement is requested within three working days of purchase for a defect hindering normal use, the seller must replace it without claiming disproportionate costs.
Common Warranty Rules
Warranty repairs can only be performed by designated service centers based on a valid warranty card. All replaced parts become the property of the service provider.
Warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original proof of purchase (warranty card, invoice, or receipt) with date, model, and seller information. Tampered serial numbers void the warranty.
Please remove any removable data storage devices before submitting the product for repair.
Shipping costs for returns to the importer or their service center are not covered by warranty unless specified.
The manufacturer may offer additional supplementary warranty terms detailed in the user manual or on their official website. Consumers can also file warranty claims at manufacturer-designated service points beyond the statutory warranty period.
In case of disputes, consumers can initiate mediation proceedings with the competent arbitration board.
