Charging the Watch
- Connect the charging base to a power adapter or computer using a Type-C USB cable. Ensure a secure connection for proper charging.
- Place the watch into the charging base, paying attention to the direction and position. Ensure the metal contacts on the back of the watch align closely with the charging base.
- When charging begins, the watch screen will display the charging progress.
Notes:
- Use only the charging base provided with the watch. Ensure the charging base is dry before charging.
- For optimal charging speed, use a power adapter with a charging current of 1A or above.
Assembling and Disassembling the Watch Strap
- Remove the strap from the packaging. Ensure the short strap is positioned on top and the long strap on the bottom, with the correct orientation.
- Align the strap pin with the lug hole. Insert one end first, then use your finger or a tool to press the spring bar, allowing the other end to snap into the lug hole.
- After installation, gently pull the strap to confirm it is securely attached.
- Refer to the illustration for instructions on how to remove the strap.
Wearing the Watch
- To ensure accurate heart rate, blood oxygen, and other measurements, wear the watch at least one finger's width away from your wrist bone, with the strap at a comfortable snugness.
- For optimal heart rate accuracy during workouts, wear the watch snugly (to avoid wrist movement) and position it at least a finger's width away from your wrist bone. You may loosen the band slightly post-workout for comfort.
- When measuring blood oxygen saturation, wear the watch correctly. Avoid wearing it on the wrist joint. Keep your arm flat and maintain a comfortable (appropriately tight) fit between the watch and your wrist skin. Keep your arm still throughout the measurement process.
Note: Factors such as arm sag, arm sway, arm hair, and tattoos can affect measurement accuracy.

- Disposing of the battery in fire, a hot oven, or by mechanically crushing or cutting it can result in an explosion.
- Leaving the battery in extremely high temperatures can cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

Diving Safety
- Under normal usage, this device has a maximum diving display depth of 45 meters and is intended for recreational diving and freediving purposes only. It is not suitable for technical diving, cave diving, mixed-gas diving, or other high-risk scenarios.
- The diving features are intended for certified divers only. Ensure you have received professional training and understand how to operate the device. General users engaging in breath-hold training or other diving activities must be accompanied by a coach, an experienced dive buddy, or a professional. The device should not be shared among multiple users, as mixed data may pose risks.
- Diving is a high-risk activity. Confirm you are in suitable health to participate. Consult a medical professional if in doubt. Always check the device status before each dive and perform regular maintenance. Do not use the device if any malfunction or damage is found.
- Avoid rapid ascents. A safety stop of 3 minutes at a depth of 3–5 meters is strongly recommended, even if a decompression stop is not required.
- To reduce the risk of decompression sickness, ensure an adequate surface interval after diving, especially after recreational dives. Strictly follow recommended no-fly times and avoid flying before the interval has elapsed. Refer to guidelines from recognized diving safety organizations for detailed pre-flight recommendations.
- Note that all electronic devices may malfunction. Depth, dive time, ascent rate, and other data are for reference only and can be affected by environmental conditions or usage. Always dive with a professional dive computer or other backup device. Do not rely solely on this device for critical decisions like planning decompression stops or determining no-fly times.
- By using this device, you acknowledge and accept that it serves as an auxiliary tool and does not guarantee absolute accuracy or suitability of data, nor can it eliminate inherent diving risks. Always prioritize safety, make reasonable dive plans, and take responsibility for your personal safety.
