Safety Precautions
- Please read the safety precautions carefully.
- Comply with all warnings and cautions affixed to the equipment or in the user manual.
- Service should only be performed by qualified personnel.
- Keep the user guide that comes with the package for future reference.
- To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose this equipment to humidity or high temperatures.
- When setting up the equipment, place it on a flat surface.
- Before connecting the equipment to the power outlet, ensure that the voltage is within the safety range and that it is correctly adjusted for the 100-240V voltage range. Do not disable the protective earth pin of the plug. This equipment must be connected to a grounded power outlet.
- If you will not be using the equipment for an extended period, unplug the power cord or turn off the wall switch to prevent unnecessary power consumption.
- The ventilation openings on this equipment are used to protect the equipment from airflow and overheating. Do not block the ventilation openings.
- Do not expose the equipment to an environment with temperatures exceeding 60°C or below -20°C. This may damage the equipment. Note: The maximum operating temperature is approximately 40°C.
- When cleaning the equipment, always unplug the power cord. Use a soft cloth for cleaning; avoid using industrial chemicals. Pouring liquid into openings may cause damage or electric shock.
- Ensure the power cord is routed so it is not stepped on or pinched by objects.
- Keep strong magnetic or electrical objects away from the equipment.
- Request service from a qualified technician if:
- The power cord or plug is damaged.
- Liquid has entered the equipment.
- The equipment has been exposed to moisture.
- The equipment does not operate normally or does not start up according to the user manual.
- The equipment has been dropped and damaged.
- The equipment shows visible damage.

Recommendation:
- Take a 10-minute break for every 30 minutes of screen time.
- Children under 2 years old should not use the screen. For children over 2 years old, limit screen time to less than 1 hour per day.

Monitor Stand Installation
- Place the stand onto the monitor.
- Secure the stand with screws.
- Connect the base to the stand and securely fasten it to the base with screws.
Caution: Place the monitor on a soft, protected surface to avoid scratching the display panel.

Monitor Adjustment
This monitor is designed with tilt and lift adjustment functions to maximize viewing comfort.
Caution: Do not touch the display panel when adjusting the monitor.

This port supports DisplayPort Alternate (DP Alt) mode and power transfer up to 5V/3A (15W). It supports video signal transmission only and does not support data transmission.
Use the USB upstream cable included in the package to connect the PC and monitor. Once this cable is connected, the monitor's USB Type-A downstream ports will be enabled.

Connecting the Monitor to a PC
- Turn off the computer.
- Connect the HDMI/DisplayPort cable from the monitor to the computer.
- Attach the monitor's power adapter/power cord. (Figure A)
- Connect the power adapter to the monitor's power jack. (Figure B)
- Plug the power cord into the power outlet. (Figure C)
- Turn on the monitor's power. (Figure D)
- Select the input source in the OSD menu and turn on the computer.

Navi Key
The monitor is equipped with a multi-directional Navi Key for navigating the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.

Navi Key OSD Settings
You can customize your own Navi Key hotkeys by accessing the OSD menu.
Optix MAG321CURV OSD Navigation:
Pressing the center button of the Navi Key displays the OSD main menu. Use the up, down, left, and right buttons to adjust the desired function menu according to your preferences.

Troubleshooting
- Power LED is off:
- Press the monitor's power button again.
- Check if the monitor's power cord is properly connected.
- No image is displayed:
- Check if the computer's graphics card is installed correctly.
- Ensure the computer and monitor are connected to the power outlet and powered on.
- Check if the monitor's signal cable is properly connected.
- The computer may be in standby mode. Press any key to wake the monitor.
- Screen image size is incorrect or not centered:
- To set the computer to a suitable display setting, refer to "Preset Display Modes".
- Plug and Play does not function:
- Check if the monitor's power cord is properly connected.
- Check if the monitor's signal cable is properly connected.
- Ensure the computer and graphics card are Plug and Play compatible.
- Icons, fonts, or screen are blurry, fuzzy, or have color issues:
- Do not use video extension cables.
- Adjust brightness and contrast.
- Adjust RGB colors or color temperature.
- Check if the monitor's signal cable is properly connected.
- Check if the pins on the signal cable connector are bent.
- Monitor starts flickering or displaying waves:
- Change the refresh rate to match the monitor's capabilities.
- Update the graphics card driver.
- Do not place the monitor near electrical equipment that may cause electromagnetic interference (EMI).
