Assembly Instructions

Please follow these steps carefully to assemble your Sihoo M102C office chair. Ensure all parts are present before beginning.

Step 1: Prepare the Base

Separate the chair base into two parts: the decorative cover and the chair leg base.

Step 2: Attach Chair Leg Tubes

Use 10 M6X14 screws to connect the five chair leg tubes to the base.

Step 3: Install Wheels and Gas Lift

Insert the wheels into the chair legs. Snap the decorative cover onto the chair legs. Finally, insert the gas lift into the middle hole of the base.

Step 4: Attach Mechanism to Seat Cushion

Use 4 M6X20 screws to install the mechanism onto the seat cushion.

Step 5: Install Lumbar Support

Insert the lumbar support into the backrest slot hole and tighten the lumbar support knob clockwise.

Step 6: Connect Backrest and Armrests

Use 4 M6X25 screws to connect the backrest and armrests. Use a wrench to tighten them clockwise to approximately 80% tightness.

Use 6 M6X35 screws to connect the seat cushion and armrests. Use a wrench to tighten them clockwise, while also tightening the screws connecting the backrest and armrest (from Step 6).

Step 8: Install Headrest

Align the assembled upper part of the chair with the gas lift and insert it. Align the headrest with the holes on the upper part of the backrest, and use 2 M6X25 screws to install the headrest. Tighten them clockwise with a wrench, and finally install the headrest decorative cover.

Chair Functions and Adjustments

Height Adjustment

To lower the chair, sit on it and lift the height adjustment lever. To raise the chair, lift the lever while not sitting on it. The adjustment range is approximately 9 CM.

Correct sitting posture: Thighs and lower legs form a 90-degree angle.

Backrest Tilt

The backrest tilt angle can be adjusted between 110-130 degrees. Push or pull the right-side lifting rod to control the tilt. Pushing the lever inwards locks the tilt; pulling it outwards unlocks it. The tension can be adjusted with the rotating spring knob.

Lumbar Support

The lumbar support can be adjusted up and down for personalized comfort. Turn the knob on the lumbar support to adjust its height (optional 6 CM range).

Headrest Adjustment
