Assembly Introduction

Follow these steps for a smooth assembly process:

Step 1: Attach Chair Legs and Wheels

Secure the five chair leg tubes to the chair leg tube connection base using 10 M6*12 screws. Then, insert the wheels into the base.

Step 2: Install Gas Lift and Base Cover

First, insert the chair foot trim cover into the chair foot. Next, place the air pressure rod (gas lift) into the central hole of the chair leg tube connection base.

Step 3: Attach Armrests

Attach the armrests to the seat cushion using 6 small shims and 6 M6*20 screws per armrest.

Step 4: Attach Mechanism

Fix the mechanism to the seat cushion using 4 small shims and 4 M6*20 screws.

Step 5: Attach Back Plate

Secure the back plate to the seat cushion using 3 big shims and 3 M8*45 screws.

Step 6: Connect Mechanism to Gas Lift

Place the assembled mechanism onto the gas lift.

Step 7: Install Headrest

Insert the headrest into the designated slot on the backrest.

• Headrest Height Adjustment: Adjust the headrest up or down for optimal neck support.
• 3D Armrest Adjustment: Customize armrest height, forward/backward position, and angle for ergonomic comfort.
• Lumbar Support Adjustment: Modify the depth and height of the lumbar support to fit your spine's natural curve.
• Seat Height Adjustment: Use the lever located beneath the seat to raise or lower the chair to your preferred height.
• Backrest Tilt Angle Adjustment: Recline the backrest to your desired angle for relaxation or focused work.
• Backrest Tilt Tension Adjustment: Fine-tune the resistance of the backrest tilt mechanism.

Note: Before installation, please classify the screws and measure their lengths to facilitate assembly.

Safety Instructions

1. Use the chair on a flat floor. It is designed for one person's weight.
2. To prevent using incorrect screws, loosely attach all screws before fully tightening them.
3. Children under 5 years old should not use the chair unsupervised.
4. Avoid sitting on the armrests to prevent potential injury.
5. Do not stand on the chair or use it as a ladder or steps.
6. Do not exceed the chair's weight capacity or use it as a trolley.
7. Keep the chair away from sharp objects, hooks, and fire sources.
8. Be cautious of your fingers; do not insert them into the mechanism while seated.

Certifications and Maintenance

The SIHOO M57 series adheres to modern ergonomic standards, certified by SGS and TÜV Rheinland LGA. It complies with EN 1335-1/-2:2018 for office chairs, EN 16955:2017 for gas springs, and EN 12529 for castors, ensuring high ergonomic quality.

Warranty: A 3-year warranty is provided for this chair.

Maintenance: All mechanical parts are maintenance-free. Clean castors periodically. For upholstery cleaning, remove dust first and treat stains with a soft, white cloth (avoid microfiber). Covers are user-replaceable.

Application: Standard castors are for carpeted floors. Soft castors for hard floors are available separately. Ensure correct castor type is used for your flooring.

Important Safety Note: Never heat or forcibly open the gas spring unit. Gas spring servicing and replacement must be performed by trained professionals only.
