Warranty
This chair comes with a 3-year warranty.
Maintenance & Cleaning
All mechanical and moving parts are maintenance-free. Occasional cleaning of the casters from carpet fluff is recommended. For cleaning upholstery, first remove dust. Treat stains with a white, soft cloth (no microfiber). Clean first, then care.
Application
This office swivel chair must only be used as intended, observing general duty of care and the instructions. Improper use (e.g., as a step-stool, sitting on armrests, extreme loads) poses a risk of accidents.
Casters
The casters are suitable for various floor types.
Important Notes
Gas Spring Safety: Do not heat or forcibly open the gas spring unit! Work and replacement on gas springs must only be performed by trained personnel.
The gas spring can be installed by persons without professional experience. Important: Any work on the gas spring, including replacement, should only be performed by qualified personnel.

Adjustments
Seat Height Adjustment (10 cm)
To adjust the seat height, pull the lever upwards. This allows the height to be adjusted by up to 10 cm.
Armrest Adjustment
Press the button on the side of the armrests to adjust them up or down by up to 7 cm.
Recline Adjustment (108°-128°)
Pull the lever outwards to unlock the recline function and tilt the chair up to a maximum of 128°. The chair can be locked at three angles: 108°, 118°, and 128°.
Recline Tension Adjustment
Turn the knob under the seat cushion to adjust the recline tension and ensure a smooth and balanced reclining motion.
Headrest Adjustment
The headrest can be adjusted up or down by up to 8 cm and rotated at its joint.
Maintenance Suggestions
- Clean this product gently with a damp cloth.
- Retighten all screws once every six months.
Proper use of the chair is for single person seating only. The chair is not to be used for standing purposes and will not function as a stool or step-ladder. Use on even surfaces only. Improper use of this product or failure to use as directed may result in injury.
This chair is suitable for various types of flooring.

Assembly Guide
Step 01: Base Assembly
Attach the casters to the base star feet (A).
Step 02: Gas Lift Installation
Insert the gas lift (E) into the center hole of the base (A). Place the gas lift cover (D) over the gas lift.
Step 03: Attach Mechanism to Seat
Attach the seat mechanism (F) to the underside of the seat cushion (G) using bolts (M x6) and (L x10).
Step 04: Connect Seat to Gas Lift
Place the assembled seat (G+F) onto the gas lift (E).
Step 05: Attach Armrests (First Set)
Attach the armrests (H, I) to the sides of the seat cushion (G) using bolts (N x4 and O x5).
Step 06: Attach Backrest
Attach the backrest (J) to the seat mechanism (F) using bolts (K x6).
Step 07: Attach Armrests (Second Set)
Attach the armrests (H, I) to the seat cushion (G) using bolts (P x4).
Step 08: Chair Overview
This step shows the partially assembled chair.
Step 09: Attach Headrest
Attach the headrest (Q) to the backrest (J) using bolts (O x3).
Step 10: Chair Overview
This step shows the nearly assembled chair.
Step 11: Attach Headrest (Repeat)
Attach the headrest (Q) to the backrest (J) using bolts (O x3). (Note: This step appears to be a repeat of Step 09).
Step 12: Final Assembly
The final assembled SIHOO M18 chair is shown.
