Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for assembly. Refer to the parts list for identification.

Step 1: Screw the castors into the legs.

Step 2: Put the gaslift into the center of the base.

Note: Ensure the side with the label is facing up. Push the foot pedal into the hole position and align it with the seat cushion hole.
Step 3: Connect the seat and footrest with four M6*20 screws.

Step 4: Connect the mechanism and seat with four M6*25 screws with small spacers.

Step 5: Use three M8*40 screws, spring lamination, and small shims to connect the seat cushion to the backrest.

Step 6: Put the upper part of the assembled chair onto the gaslift.

Step 7: Insert the armrest into the seat cushion. Use the armrest knobs and big shims to install the armrest on the seat cushion.

Step 8: Insert the backrest into the slot.

Installation Safety Guidelines

Please read through assembly instructions and parts list before any installation.
Please check if there are missing parts or any damages.
Please wear protection gloves to avoid any injury when installing.
Choose a spacious and clean place and cover the floor with paperboard to avoid friction damage during installation.
Fasten all screws and shims tightly according to the Assembly Instruction.
Be aware that the gaslift is difficult to remove once installed. If removal is necessary, use a rubber hammer to tap the gaslift head gently, then remove the chair base. Tap the legs to loosen the gaslift from the base. Operate with care to avoid injury. (Product damage or injury from improper operation is not covered by warranty.)

Chair Functions

Armrest Adjustment: Height, left/right, forward/backward adjustment.
Seat Sliding: Pull the hand lever to slide the seat cushion forward and backward.
Seat Height Adjustment: Rotate the hand lever.
Headrest Adjustment: Adjustable height.
Backrest Adjustment: Pull up the backrest to adjust its position.
Lumbar Support Adjustment: Turn the backrest knob to adjust the front/back position and height of the lumbar support.
Backrest Tilt Tension: Adjust tightness for backrest tilting (+ Tighten / - Loosen).
Back Tilt Lock: Pull the hand lever forward to adjust tilt; pull back to lock.
Footrest Adjustment (if applicable): Pull out the footrest, push the button to unfold; push the button again to retract. (Ignore this step for models without footrests.)

Precautions for Use

This product is designed for one person only. Using it for more than one person can damage stability and is dangerous.
Refer to the function instructions for proper product usage.
Ensure all screws and parts are fastened. Check fastenings every three months.
Use on a flat floor. Avoid humid environments, fire hazards, and direct sunlight.
Children under 5 years old should be supervised by an adult.
This product is for sitting only. Do not stand on the chair or sit on armrests, as this can cause damage or injury.
Clean dust with a soft cloth. Do not use rough cloths.
For your safety, do not uninstall the gaslift.

Warranty: 3-year warranty on this chair.

Maintenance/Cleaning: Mechanical and moving parts are maintenance-free. Periodically clean castors of carpet fibers. For cleaning, first remove dust. Treat stains with a soft white cloth (no microfiber). Clean first, then condition. Seat and backrest covers of the V1 series are user-friendly replaceable.

Application: This office swivel chair must be used according to its intended purpose, with general care and adherence to instructions. Improper use (e.g., as a step stool, sitting on armrests, extreme loads) poses a risk of accidents.

Rollers: Standard equipment includes rollers for carpeted floors. Optional soft rollers for hard floors are available (identified by a different colored ring). For safety reasons, rollers must be exchanged when switching from carpet to hard floors or vice versa.

Important Notice: Do not heat or forcibly open the gas spring unit! Work and replacement on gas springs should only be performed by trained personnel.
