Step 1: Drilling

1a: Standard Drilling

Drill a hole with diameter d₀ = 16mm. The required hole depth is h₁ = h_nom + 8mm. Ensure the drill is perpendicular (? 90°).

1d: Drilling for Specific Embedment

Drill a hole with diameter d₀ = 16mm. The required embedment depth is h₁,nc = h_nom + 20mm. A minimum clearance of h_min - h₁, nc > 34mm must be maintained.

1c: Drilling with Dust Extraction

Use a drill with dust extraction. The required hole depth is h₁ = h_nom + 8mm, with a diameter d₀ = 16mm. Ensure the drill is perpendicular (? 90°).

Step 2: Anchor Installation

2a: General Anchor Installation

Insert the anchor into the drilled hole. Ensure correct placement of nuts and washers. ❌ Incorrect installation methods are shown. ✔️ Correct installation is indicated.

2b: HS-SC Anchor Installation

Install the HS-SC anchor into the concrete.

Step 3: Setting and Pressure Application

Step 4: Tightening and Accessories

4a: Torque Application

Tighten the anchor using a torque wrench to T_inst = 110 Nm. The required projection is 24mm.

4b: Installation with Accessory Kits

Install the anchor using specified accessory kits: SIW 6AT-A22 + SI-AT-A22, SIW 4AT-22 + SI-AT-22, or SIW 6AT-22 + SI-AT-22. ❌ Incorrect methods are shown. ✔️ Correct method is indicated.
