Important Safety Instructions
- Please read this instruction manual carefully before use and keep it in a safe place for future reference.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Before the first connecting of the appliance, check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
- Home use only. Do not use for industrial purposes.
- Do not use the meat grinder for any other purposes than those described in this instruction manual.
- After transportation or storage at low temperatures, allow the appliance to stay at room temperature for at least 2 hours before use.
- Do not disassemble the appliance when it is plugged into the power supply. Always unplug the meat grinder from the power supply when not in use and before cleaning.
- To protect against the risk of electric shock, DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER OR IN ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.
- Do not place the appliance on a soft, unstable surface or cover it with a cloth while in operation, as it may cause overheating or breakdown.
- Keep away from children.
- Do not leave the meat grinder switched on when you are not using it. Do not use other attachments than those supplied. Do not overload the appliance.
- Keep the cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
- Do not place the appliance near a gas or electric oven or store it on a heated surface. The blades are very sharp, so handle them with care.
- Do not push products into the appliance by fingers while it is in use.
- If food becomes lodged in the feeding tube, use the pusher to push it down. If this doesn't work, turn the motor off, unplug the appliance, and disassemble it to remove remaining food.
- Do not carry the unit by the food tray or head. Be sure to hold the housing with both hands.
- Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate while using sausage and kebbe attachments.
- Do not operate after malfunction or damage of the cord.
- Do not grind hard food, such as bones, nuts, ginger, or other products with hard fiber.
- Do not operate for more than 5 minutes at one time. Turn off the switch and let it rest for at least 10 minutes to cool down the motor, otherwise the motor may be damaged.
- If the overheat protection system is activated due to overloading, switch off the appliance by pressing the REV/OFF button, unplug it, and let the appliance cool down for about 20-30 minutes, and then continue operation.
- Do not attempt to repair, adjust, or replace parts in the meat grinder. Repair the malfunctioning appliance at the nearest service center.
- The grinder head may rotate slightly during use, but this is normal.
- Do not overtighten the fixing ring to stop the movement, as it may cause damage.
- Removable metal parts (screw, cutting knife, cutting plates) can oxidize after use. This is normal.

Cutting plates: 5mm – for cooking cutlets, 7mm – for chopping.
Before First Use
- Unpack your appliance. Remove all packing materials.
- Check if all parts are included and not damaged.
- Clean all parts according to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section. Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Dry thoroughly before use.
Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the meat grinder:
- Press the locking button and insert the grinder head into the opening on the housing. Secure the grinder head by turning it counter-clockwise. (See Diagrams 1-2)
- Insert the screw into the grinder head with the long end first, and turn until it is in place. (See Diagram 3)
- Place the cutting blade onto the screw with the cutting edge facing outwards. (See Diagram 4)
- Fit the cutting plate tightly onto the blade, ensuring its protrusions align with the notches on the grinder head. The cutting edge of the blade should lie flat against the plate; otherwise, the meat will not be ground properly. (See Diagram 5)
- Tighten the fixing ring (without excessive force, do not overtighten). (See Diagram 6)
- Attach the food tray to the grinder head. (See Diagram 7)
- Place the meat grinder on a level surface. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
Attachments Setup
Sausage Attachment Setup
Diagrams 8-10 show the setup for the sausage attachment.
- Insert the screw into the grinder head. Place the separator onto the screw.
- Attach the sausage attachment onto the separator. Tighten the fixing ring (do not overtighten).
- Attach the food tray to the grinder head. Insert the pusher into the food tray opening. Place the meat grinder on a level surface. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
Attention: The cutting blade and cutting plate are not used with the sausage attachment.
Kebbe Attachment Setup
Diagrams 8-10 also illustrate the Kebbe attachment setup.
- Place the screw into the grinder head. Attach the Kebbe attachment with its protruding part facing outwards. Turn the fixing ring to secure the attachment. (See Diagram 8)
- Do not overtighten. (See Diagram 9)
- Attach the food tray to the grinder head. (See Diagram 10) Place the meat grinder on a level surface. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
Grater/Slicer Attachment Setup
Diagrams 13-14 show the setup for the grater and slicer attachments.
The coarse grater, fine grater, and slicer are designed for grinding raw or cooked vegetables, fruits, cheese, boiled eggs, etc.
- Press the locking button and insert the feed tube for the grater/slicer into the grinder head housing. (See Diagram 13)
- Secure the feed tube as shown in Diagram 13. Release the locking button.
- Place one of the grating/slicing drums into the feed tube, rotating it slightly to lock it in place. (See Diagram 14)
- Connect the appliance to the power supply and turn it ON by moving the ON/O/R switch to the ON position.
- Feed products using the pusher. (See Diagram 15)
- After finishing, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power supply.
Note: The Reverse (R) function cannot be used with the grater/slicer attachment.
Operation
Meat Processing
WARNING: Defrost frozen meat completely.
- Prepare the meat for grinding. Remove bones and gristle.
- Cut the meat into pieces that can easily fit into the feed tube.
- Place a container under the meat grinder's outlet.
- Connect the appliance to the power supply and turn it ON by moving the ON/OFF/R switch to the ON position.
- Place the meat into the feed tube and gradually feed it into the meat grinder using the pusher. NEVER PUSH MEAT WITH YOUR FINGERS!!!
- After finishing, turn the appliance OFF by moving the ON/OFF/R switch to the OFF position, and unplug it from the power supply.
Reverse Function
- If the meat grinder becomes clogged, turn it OFF by moving the ON/OFF/R switch to the OFF position. Wait for the screw to stop rotating. Without unplugging the appliance from the power supply, switch the button to R for 5-10 seconds. The screw will rotate in the reverse direction and push out the jammed food.
- If this does not help, unplug the meat grinder from the power supply, disassemble it, and clean it.
Recipes
Homemade Cutlets
Ingredients:
- Beef (fillet) – 400 g
- Pork (fillet) – 400 g
- White bread – 100 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Randomly cut the meat and onion into pieces that fit into the grinder's feed chamber. Soak the white bread in water for 10 minutes and squeeze thoroughly. Assemble the meat grinder according to the instructions and install the 5mm cutting plate. Grind the meat and onion together with the bread. Add salt, spices, and milk; mix thoroughly and beat. Form cutlets of a rectangular shape, 1.5 cm thick, and coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry the prepared cutlets in a hot pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, then finish cooking in the oven.
Chicken Fillet Frikadeller
Ingredients:
- Chicken (fillet) – 600 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Salt, spices
Preparation:
Randomly cut the fillet into pieces that fit into the grinder's feed chamber. Dice the onion and sauté it in butter until golden brown. Assemble the meat grinder according to the instructions and install the 5mm cutting plate. Grind the fillet together with the sautéed onion twice. Add salt and spices to the resulting mince, mix until smooth. Form frikadeller weighing 12-15 g. The prepared semi-finished products can be frozen or cooked immediately. Frikadeller can be served as a separate dish after boiling them in salted water for 15 minutes, or added to soups or stews with vegetables.
Minced Beefsteak
Ingredients:
- Beef (fillet) – 600 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Egg – 50 g / 1 pc, Milk – 100 ml
- Salt, spices, vegetable oil
Preparation:
Clean the meat from films and veins. Randomly cut the beef and onion into pieces that fit into the grinder's feed chamber. Assemble the meat grinder according to the instructions and install the 7mm coarse cutting plate. Grind the meat and onion. Add the egg, milk, salt, and spices to the mince, mix, and beat. Form steaks 1 cm thick. Fry the prepared steaks in a hot pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, then finish cooking in the oven. When serving, place a piece of butter and a fried egg on the beefsteak.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Turn off the meat grinder and ensure the motor has completely stopped. Unplug the appliance.
- Disassemble the appliance by reversing the assembly steps.
- Press the locking button and turn the grinder head clockwise to detach it from the motor unit. (See Diagrams A & B)
- Clean all meat grinder parts immediately after use.
- Do not immerse the motor unit, plug, or power cord in water or keep them in running water. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Wash all parts that have come into contact with meat in warm soapy water.
- Do not use abrasives, chlorine-containing substances, or organic solvents.
- The metal parts of the meat grinder are NOT to be washed in the dishwasher!
- Do not wash all metal parts with hot water above 40°C, as this will accelerate metal parts oxidation.
- After washing, please use a dry cloth to wipe the metal parts.
- Wipe all the cutting parts (cutting knife, cutting plates) with vegetable oil.
- If the meat grinder will not be used for a long time, wipe all metal parts with a cloth dampened with vegetable oil.
CAUTION: The blades of the appliance are very sharp and pose a danger. Handle with care when installing, removing, and washing the blades.
Storage and Transportation
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool before storing.
- Follow all requirements from the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section before storing.
- Storage conditions: Store at a positive temperature and with air humidity not exceeding 80%. Storage period is unlimited.
- Ensure the packaging is protected during transportation.

Disposal Rules and Conditions: Dispose of packaging, user manual, and the appliance itself in accordance with local recycling programs. Do not discard such items with regular household waste.
