  1. Press the locking button and insert the grinder head into the opening on the housing. Secure the grinder head by turning it counter-clockwise. (See Diagrams 1-2)
  2. Insert the screw into the grinder head with the long end first, and turn until it is in place. (See Diagram 3)
  3. Place the cutting blade onto the screw with the cutting edge facing outwards. (See Diagram 4)

  5. Tighten the fixing ring (without excessive force, do not overtighten). (See Diagram 6)
  6. Attach the food tray to the grinder head. (See Diagram 7)
  7. Place the meat grinder on a level surface. Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.

Meat Processing

WARNING: Defrost frozen meat completely.

  1. Prepare the meat for grinding. Remove bones and gristle.
  2. Cut the meat into pieces that can easily fit into the feed tube.
  3. Place a container under the meat grinder's outlet.
  4. Connect the appliance to the power supply and turn it ON by moving the ON/OFF/R switch to the ON position.
  5. Place the meat into the feed tube and gradually feed it into the meat grinder using the pusher. NEVER PUSH MEAT WITH YOUR FINGERS!!!
  6. After finishing, turn the appliance OFF by moving the ON/OFF/R switch to the OFF position, and unplug it from the power supply.

Reverse Function

  1. If the meat grinder becomes clogged, turn it OFF by moving the ON/OFF/R switch to the OFF position. Wait for the screw to stop rotating. Without unplugging the appliance from the power supply, switch the button to R for 5-10 seconds. The screw will rotate in the reverse direction and push out the jammed food.
  2. If this does not help, unplug the meat grinder from the power supply, disassemble it, and clean it.
