Treadmill Structure

The treadmill consists of a base frame, main frame, pillars, dashboard frame, incline frame, motor cover, running board, running belt, side rails, handlebars, meter, and back cover.

Assembly

Before assembly, read the manual, check hardware, ensure you have the right tools, and prepare an area. Follow instructions carefully, do not use force, and periodically tighten the treadmill. Save the manual.

Step 1

Make the communication line through the right meter tube. Set the meter tube on the base frame. Use 2 pcs of Screw M8*20 with 2 pcs of washer and 2 pcs of Screw M8*60 with 2 pcs of washer and 2 pcs of nut to secure the meter tube. Do not fasten screws completely at this stage.

Step 2

Place the decorative cover for the meter onto the meter tube. Ensure communication lines are connected correctly, avoiding reverse connections. Mount the meter onto the meter tube using 4 pcs of Screw M8*20 with 4 pcs of washer and 2 pcs of nut. Do not fasten screws completely at this stage. After powering on the machine and pressing "Start", if everything is functioning correctly, then fasten all previously mentioned screws. Use 4 pcs of Screw ST4.2*15 to secure the decorative cover for the meter.

Step 3

Use 4 pcs of Screw M4*20 to secure the left and right decorative covers at the base.

Usage

Power Switch ?

Insert the power plug into the socket and switch on the machine. The switch light will illuminate, and you will hear a "Di" sound. The meter light will also turn on.

Safety Key ?

The machine operates only when the safety key is in its appointed position. Ensure the other end of the safety key is clipped to your clothes. This allows the key to be pulled out for a sudden stop of the machine in a dangerous condition, preventing injury. To reuse the machine, reinsert the safety key.

Folding & Unfolding

Folding: Folding helps save space. Before folding, switch off and unplug the machine. Lift the running board with your hands until it locks into place.

Unfolding: Step on the supporting tube and pull the running board with your hands. The running board will lower slowly to the ground.

Maintenance

Running Belt Adjustments

Identifying Belt Issues:

  • If the running belt skips and the front roller stops while the motor runs, the poly V-belt needs adjustment.
  • If the running belt stops but the front roller keeps running, the running belt needs adjustment.

Adjustment Steps for Poly V-belt:

  1. Unplug the power supply and remove the base cover.
  2. Loosen the four motor screws. Adjust the V-belt tension bolts clockwise, then retighten the motor screws.

Adjustment Steps for Running Belt:

  1. Set speed to 6 km/h.
  2. Turn the tension screws at the rear of the treadmill clockwise by half a turn using the Allen key.
  3. If the belt still slips, repeat the steps.

Running Belt Deflection Adjustment:

  • Place the treadmill on a horizontal floor and set speed to 6 km/h.
  • If the belt deflects right, adjust the right bolt clockwise and the left bolt counter-clockwise by half a turn.
  • If the belt deflects left, adjust the left bolt clockwise and the right bolt counter-clockwise by half a turn.
  • If deflection persists, repeat the adjustment process.

Running Board Lubrication (Silicone Oil)

The treadmill is pre-lubricated, but check the oil level before first use. Lubrication is not always necessary immediately after purchase.

Lubrication Frequency:

  • Low use (under 3 hours/week): Once per year.
  • Moderate use (3-5 hours/week): Every 6 months.
  • Frequent use (over 5 hours/week): Every 3 months.
  • Always use inSPORTline silicon oil.

Lubrication Steps:

  1. Unplug the treadmill and loosen the belt tension screws.
  2. Lift the running belt, clean the running board. Apply silicone oil evenly across the board.
  3. Retighten the belt tension screws evenly. Run the treadmill at 1 km/h without load, adjusting screws to center the belt. Then run at 5 km/h for 3 minutes.
  4. Walk on the treadmill at 5 km/h and fine-tune the tension screws until the belt runs smoothly under your weight.

Cleaning

  • Power off and unplug the treadmill before cleaning.
  • Wipe dust from the surface and running board frequently.
  • Clean the frame and running belt with a soft cloth and mild suds. Avoid harsh chemicals like eradicators or naphtha. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
  • Every two months, remove the protective cover and use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from inside, as dust can cause short circuits.

Storage

Ensure the treadmill is unplugged before cleaning or maintenance. Store the treadmill indoors to prevent dampness. Avoid water splashes and placing objects on the treadmill. Keep the air slightly humid in winter and avoid static electricity, which can affect meter operation.

Exercise Instructions

The Warm Up Phase

This phase increases blood flow and prepares muscles, reducing the risk of cramps and injury. Perform stretching exercises for approximately 30 seconds each, without forcing or jerking muscles. Stop if you feel pain.

  • Touching your toes: Bend from the hips, keeping back and arms relaxed. Stretch downwards to toes. Hold for 15 seconds. Bend knees slightly.
  • Shoulder lifts: Raise right shoulder to ear, hold for 2 seconds. Repeat with the left shoulder.
  • Hamstring stretched: Sit with legs outstretched, left foot sole against the right thigh. Stretch right arm along the right leg as far as possible. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat with the left leg and arm.
  • Side stretches: Raise arms overhead. Stretch right arm towards the ceiling and upper body to the right. Repeat for the left side.
  • Calves and Achilles tendon: Lean against a wall with the left leg forward. Stretch the right leg, keeping the left foot on the floor. Bend the left leg and lean forward, moving the right hip towards the wall. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.
  • Head rolls: Tilt head to the right, stretching the left side of the neck. Hold for 20 seconds. Tilt back to the left, stretching the right side of the neck. Hold for 20 seconds. Tilt head forward and stick out the neck. Do not rotate the head fully. Repeat several times.

The Cool Down Phase

This stage helps the cardiovascular system and muscles wind down. Repeat warm-up exercises for approximately 5 minutes, reducing tempo. Stretching exercises should also be repeated. Do not force muscles.

As fitness improves, increase training duration and intensity. Train at least three times a week, spacing workouts evenly.

Environment Protection

Dispose of the product according to local laws and environmental regulations when it reaches the end of its lifespan or if repair is uneconomical. Proper disposal protects the environment and natural resources. Do not put batteries in household waste; hand them in for recycling.
