STORAGE

To store the treadmill, unscrew the knob (49) completely. Then, lift the main frame (1) to a vertical position and secure it firmly with the knob (49) to prevent accidents.

BELT ADJUSTMENT

If you experience any issues with the treadmill belt, such as noise, the belt not being centered, or it being too tight or too loose, use the provided tool to make adjustments.

  1. If the belt drifts to the right, turn the screw on the right side clockwise by 1 or 2 turns.
  2. If the belt drifts to the left, turn the screw on the left side clockwise by 1 or 2 turns.
  3. If the belt is too tight, turn the hexagonal socket screws on both the left and right sides counter-clockwise, then turn back slightly.
  4. If the belt is too loose, turn the hexagonal socket screws on both the left and right sides clockwise, then turn back slightly.

Tool required: 5mm Allen key (TOOL/5MM)

INCLINE ADJUSTMENT

To adjust the incline angle: Use your left hand to operate the device, then use your right hand to adjust the base up or down clockwise to set the desired angle. To lower the incline, perform the same action counter-clockwise.

HOW TO USE THE POLE FUNCTION

  1. Skiing Function Only: Place your feet on both sides of the handrail and place your hands on the ski-training handle.
  2. Skiing While Running: First, set the treadmill's resistance to your desired level and adjust the handlebar resistance knob to your desired level. Then, begin exercising.

Recommendation: Start slowly until you get accustomed to the machine's rhythm, similar to when using the ski poles while running. The resistance level ranges from 1 (lowest) to 8 (highest).

WARNING: The correct way to use the ski poles is from front to back, not from left to right. Incorrect usage can cause body pain or damage to the poles.

Correct Usage: The motion should be from front to back.

Incorrect Usage: Motion from left to right is incorrect.

RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT

The tension level significantly impacts the workout's effectiveness and calorie burning. The user can set the desired tension level as shown in the image.

After adjusting screw #16, check if the tension cable is too loose. If necessary, adjust screws D and E (refer to "Assembly: STEP 3").

HANDLEBAR RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT

The resistance of the ski function can be adjusted using the knob. Turning the knob clockwise increases the tension.

After the above steps, you can perform skiing exercises or ski while walking. You can also use the Tempo function on the console.

MAINTENANCE: BELT LUBRICATION

To reduce belt friction and wear, lubricant can be applied directly to the wooden deck and the underside of the belt. Lift one side of the belt. If the surface is moist, lubrication is not required. If the surface is dry, lift one edge of the belt and spray or apply lubricant onto the deck. Ensure the treadmill runs at a slow speed for the first 3-4 minutes after applying lubricant to distribute it evenly.

CAUTION: Do not apply lubricant on top of the deck. Any excess lubricant should be wiped off. Lubrication may be needed when friction occurs, but is typically required every 50 hours of use. This is a guideline based on average use; your schedule may vary.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS AND PULSE OPERATION

FUNCTION BUTTONS:

FUNCTIONS AND OPERATIONS:

  1. SCAN: Press the "Mode" button until "SCAN" appears. The monitor will cycle through all 5 functions (Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Total Distance) every 4 seconds.
  2. TIME: Counts the total exercise time from start to finish. Press "Mode" then "TIME", then "SET" to set a target exercise time. If "SET" is zero, the computer will alert the user every 15 seconds.
  3. SPEED: Displays the current speed.
  4. DISTANCE (DIST): Counts the distance covered during exercise. Press "Mode" until "DIST" appears, then press "SET" to set a target distance. If "SET" is zero, the computer will alert the user every 15 seconds.
  5. CALORIES (CAL): Counts the total calories burned during exercise. Press "Mode" until "CAL" appears, then press "SET" to set a target calorie burn. If "SET" is zero, the computer will alert the user every 15 seconds.
  6. TOTAL DISTANCE (ODO): Counts the total distance accumulated since the batteries were installed.
  7. PULSE RATE (❤️): When the "MODE" message appears, press the button. To measure pulse, place both hands on the sensor. The monitor will display the current heart rate in beats per minute (bpm) after 3-4 seconds. Note: Due to strong grip, the measured value might be higher than the virtual heart rate in the first 2-3 seconds, returning to normal levels afterward. For accuracy, check pulse during rest or pauses in exercise to avoid interference. Measured values should not be considered medical advice.
  8. ALARM: The computer will display "Beep" when you press the "MODE", "SET", and "RESET" buttons.
  9. AUTO ON/OFF & AUTO START/STOP: If there is no activity for 8 minutes, the power will turn off automatically. The monitor operates as long as the machine is in motion or any button is pressed.
