Safety Instructions
- To ensure the best safety of the exerciser, regularly check it for damages and worn parts.
- If you pass this exerciser to another person or allow another person to use it, ensure that person is familiar with the content and instructions in this manual.
- Only one person should use the exerciser at a time.
- Before the first use and regularly, ensure all screws, bolts, and other joints are properly tightened and firmly seated.
- Before starting your workout, remove all sharp-edged objects around the exerciser.
- Only use the exerciser for your workout if it functions flawlessly.
- Any broken, worn, or defective part must be immediately replaced, and/or the exerciser must no longer be used until properly maintained and repaired.
- Parents and other supervisory persons should be aware of their responsibility regarding situations that may arise for which the exerciser has not been designed, and which may occur due to children's natural play instinct and interest in experimenting.
- If you allow children to use this exerciser, be sure to consider and assess their mental and physical condition, development, and temperament. Children should use the exerciser only under adult supervision and be instructed on its correct and proper use. The exerciser is not a toy.
- Ensure sufficient free space around the exerciser when setting it up, at least 0.6 meters.
- To avoid possible accidents, do not allow children to approach the exerciser unsupervised, as they may use it in a way for which it is not intended due to their natural play instinct and interest in experimenting.
- Please note that an improper and excessive workout may be harmful to your health.

- When setting up the exerciser, ensure it stands stably and that any possible unevenness of the floor is evened out.
- Always wear appropriate clothing and shoes suitable for your workout on the exerciser. Clothes should be designed so they will not get caught in any part of the exerciser during the workout due to their form (e.g., length). Wear appropriate shoes that firmly support the feet and have a non-slip sole.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. They can provide proper hints and advice regarding the individual intensity of stress for you, as well as your workout and sensible eating habits.

Step 2
Unscrew the hand knob (37) from the main frame (38). Slide the seat frame (35) into the main frame (38) and secure it with the hand knob (37). Ensure the seat frame and main frame holes are aligned. Attach the saddle (21) to the horizontal saddle holder (30). Connect the cables from the main frame (69) to the console bracket (19). Pull the handle (20) out of the main frame (38) and slide the handle frame (18) into the main frame (38). Set the desired height, aligning the holes of the main frame and the handle holder.
Step 3
Connect the cables (11 and 19). Slide the cables into the console frame (10). Then, slide the console frame (10) into the handle frame (18) and secure it with bolts (14) and washers (15 and 16).
Step 4

Step 5
Unscrew the bolts (3) from the back of the console (1). Connect cables (106 a, b) and cable 1 (11) to the console (1). Attach the console (1) to the console holder (10) using the previously unscrewed bolts (3). Attach the pedals (36 L/R) to the cranks (89 L/R) using the D wrench.
Transport
Grasp the trainer by the handles and tilt it onto the transport wheels on the front stabilizer (45).
Use
Exercise on the indoor bike involves simple movements suitable for all ages. Prior to exercise, adjust the saddle height for comfortable sitting, ensuring you can hold the handlebars without fully extended hands. Place feet firmly in the pedals with straps. The leg movement follows an elliptical path, similar to cycling. Start with lower resistance and gradually increase over weeks to avoid fatigue and muscle damage. Maintain a consistent, appropriate tempo. While calorie burn may seem low initially, regular exercise yields best results. The bike strengthens thigh, calf, and gluteal muscles. Proper, deep breathing is essential, engaging abdominal muscles. It is advisable to exercise 30-35 minutes after consuming food. A balanced diet is crucial for optimal health; a light evening meal is recommended. Bicycle exercise is effective for busy individuals, promoting a slimmer figure and calorie burning. Regular breathing, consistent exercise, reasonable tempo, and a balanced diet lead to desired results.
Correct Body Posture
Maintain an upright posture or rest forearms on handlebars. Keep knees slightly bent when pressing pedals down; avoid fully extended legs. Keep your head straight with your spine to minimize neck and upper back strain. Exercise fluently and rhythmically.
Exercise Instructions
A successful workout begins with warm-up exercises and ends with cool-down (relaxing) exercises. Warm-up prepares the body, and cool-down prevents injuries and cramps. Follow the exercises shown below.
Warm-up Exercises
- Touching your toes: Slowly bend your back from hips, keeping arms relaxed. Stretch downwards towards toes as far as able, hold for 15 seconds. Bend knees slightly.
- Upper thigh: Lean against a wall with one hand. Reach down and behind, lifting your right or left foot to your buttock as high as possible. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat twice for each leg.
- Hamstring stretched: Sit and stretch your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against the inside of your right thigh. Stretch your right arm along your right leg as far as possible. Hold for 15 seconds and relax. Repeat with the left leg and arm.
- Inside upper thigh: Sit on the floor with feet together, knees pointed outwards. Pull feet as close to your groin as possible. Gently press knees downwards. Hold for 30-40 seconds if possible.
- Calves and Achilles tendon: Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right, arms forward. Stretch your right leg, keeping your left foot on the floor. Bend your left leg and lean forward, moving your right hip towards the wall. Hold for 15 seconds. Keep your leg stretched and repeat with the other leg.
Exercise Stage
Regular exercise strengthens muscles. Maintain pace according to the chart during training. Training should take at least 12 minutes.
Heart Rate Chart Description
The chart displays Heart Rate (ranging from 80 to 200 bpm) on the vertical axis and Age (ranging from 20 to 75) on the horizontal axis. It indicates different training zones: 'TARGET ZONE', 'MAXIMUM (85%)', '70%', and 'COOL DOWN'.
After the main exercise, reduce pace for approximately 5 minutes for cool-down. Perform warm-up exercises before each session. Train regularly at least 3 times a week.
