- Wrench (13 mm)
WARNING: Before using this device, be familiar with all warnings and precautions. Read carefully all instructions on the machine labels.
Hardware Identification Chart
Use this chart to identify fasteners during assembly. Place washers or bolt/screw ends on circles for diameter check. Use the small scale to check length. The length of bolts and screws (except flat heads) is measured from below the head to the end. Flat head bolts/screws are measured from the top of the head to the end. After unpacking, check that all parts are complete and faultless. Ensure you have the required tools.

Maintenance
- Maintain safety and integrity by regularly checking for damaged or worn parts. Pay extra attention to specific parts.
- Pull on the handlebars (17,18) and verify that the shock (22) provides tension.
- Clean the roller tracks in the central beam (1) with an absorbent cloth.
- Verify that all nuts and bolts are present and properly tight. Replace missing nuts and bolts. Tighten loose nuts and bolts.
- It is the user's responsibility to perform basic maintenance.
- Worn or damaged components must be immediately replaced. Do not use the Rowing Machine until it is repaired.
- Use only original components for repair or replacement.
- Keep the Rowing Machine clean by wiping off after each use.
Storage
- Store the Rowing Machine in a dry and clean place.
- Move the machine only by lifting the rear and front stabilizer. Do not use the seat to move the machine, as the seat carriage may pinch your hand or fingers.
- To avoid damage to the electronics, remove batteries before storing the Rowing Machine for longer than one year.
Folding the Rowing Machine
Follow these steps to fold the Rowing Machine for easy storage:
- Slide the seat (42) to the front end of the center beam (1). Remove the locking knobs (13) from the pivot connector (10).
- Swing the left and right handlebars (17,18) backwards. Then fold the extension arms (14) to the front.
- Lock the handlebars in folded position by screwing the locking knobs (13) onto the pivot connector (10). The Rowing Machine can now be stored.
- Refer to illustration D. The Rowing Machine can be stood upright.
NOTE: Keep fingers clear of all pinch points when folding and unfolding the Rowing Machine.
Diagrams A, B, C, and D illustrate the process of folding the rowing machine for storage. This involves sliding the seat (42), removing locking knobs (13), folding handlebars (17, 18) and extension arms (14), and securing the folded position with locking knobs (13). Diagram D shows the machine standing upright.
Warm-up and Cool-down
Warm-up Phase
The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before strength training or aerobic exercising. Perform activities that increase your heart rate and warm up working muscles, such as brisk walking or jogging.
Stretching
Stretch your muscles after your warm-up and workout. Muscles stretch more easily due to higher temperature, which greatly reduces the risk of injuries. Stretches should be held for 15-30 seconds. NOTE: DO NOT BOUNCE.
Illustrations of stretching exercises: Lower body stretch, Bend torso pulls, Floor Stretch, and Bent over leg stretch.
Cool-down Phase
The purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its normal state. Proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate and temperature.

Failure to do so may result in claim rejection. If a defect is not covered by warranty, the Seller may charge for all repair and transport costs. If testing shows no damage, the claim is not accepted, and the Seller may claim compensation for false claims.
If the claim is legally covered, the Seller will fix defects by repair or exchange. The Seller may exchange defective Goods for compatible Goods of the same or better technical characteristics. The Seller chooses the claim procedure.
The Seller shall settle the Warranty Claim within 30 days after delivery of defective Goods, unless a longer period is agreed. The day of handover of repaired/exchanged Goods is the settlement day.
