The JURA Glass Cup Warmer is designed to keep cups warm, ensuring beverages are served at the optimal temperature. It features a modern design with three glass shelves within a metallic frame.

Important Safety Instructions

General Safety Precautions
- The cup warmer is intended for use by instructed persons only. Laypeople must be supervised when using the appliance.
- Never use the appliance if it is damaged or if the power cord is broken.
- Never use the appliance with wet hands. Ensure the power cord is dry before use.
- Use only the supplied power cord to connect the appliance to the mains.
- If you suspect the appliance is damaged (e.g., emits a burning smell), immediately unplug the power cord and contact JURA service.
- If the appliance's power cord is damaged, it must be repaired by JURA or an authorized JURA service workshop.
- Be careful not to place the cup warmer or its cord near hot surfaces or open flames.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or chafed against sharp edges.
- Never attempt to open or repair the appliance yourself. Do not make any modifications not described in the manual. The appliance contains live parts. Only JURA-authorized service workshops using original spare parts and accessories are permitted to carry out repairs.
- A damaged appliance is unsafe and can cause personal injury and burns. To prevent damage that could lead to fire or personal injury risks:
- Never let the power cord hang loosely; it can be a tripping hazard or get damaged.
- Protect your cup warmer from weather effects such as rain, cold, and direct sunlight.
- Never immerse your cup warmer, cord, or connections in water.
- Never place the cup warmer or any of its parts in the dishwasher.
- Turn off your cup warmer and unplug the power cord before cleaning. Use a damp, but never wet, cloth to wipe the cup warmer and protect it from constant water splashes.
- It is not suitable to place the appliance on a surface where a water jet may be used.
- The appliance must not be cleaned with a water jet or steam cleaner.
- The appliance must only be connected to an electrical socket with the correct mains voltage according to the rating plate. The rating plate is located on the underside of your cup warmer. Further technical data can be found in this manual (see chapter 7 "Technical Data").
- Turn off the appliance if you will be away for an extended period.
- Use the appliance only under supervision.
- Persons, including children, who due to physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments, or lack of experience or knowledge, cannot safely operate the appliance, must only use it if a responsible person provides instructions or supervision.
Setup and Connection
Please observe the following when setting up your cup warmer:
- Place the appliance on a stable and level surface.
- Position the cup warmer so that it cannot overheat. Maintain a distance between the cup warmer and the fully automatic coffee machine to prevent heat accumulation.
- Before starting to use the new appliance, wipe it inside and out with a damp cloth for hygienic reasons.
Connecting the Power
[Warning] It is life-threatening to use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. You can receive electric shocks.
- Never use the appliance if it is damaged or if the power cord is broken.
- Connect the power cord to the cup warmer.
- Plug the power cord into an electrical socket.

Warming Cups
[Note] Risk of burns. The cup shelves can become hot during operation.
- Do not touch the cup shelves.
- For optimal cup warming, it is recommended not to stack cups on the top shelf.
- Place the desired cups on the cup shelves.
- Start the cup warmer using the main switch on the appliance's top. The red indicator light will illuminate, and the appliance will begin warming the cups.
- Turn off the appliance using the main switch on the appliance's top to end the warming process. The red indicator light will no longer be illuminated.
Cleaning and Care
[Note] Do not use strong, abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects for cleaning. This can damage the cup warmer.
- Always unplug the power cord from the electrical socket before cleaning the appliance.
- Clean the appliance and cup shelves with a damp cloth.
Transport and Environmentally Friendly Disposal
Save the packaging for the cup warmer. It protects the appliance during transport. Clean the cup warmer before transport.
Used appliances must be handled in an environmentally friendly manner. Used appliances contain valuable recyclable materials that should be recycled. Therefore, dispose of used appliances via appropriate collection systems.
