CORSAIR's sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at CORSAIR's option, to repair or replace any defective product during the warranty period.
Replacement products may be new or reconditioned and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or chips, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
This warranty is void if the product is returned with missing parts or if the product has been tampered with.
CORSAIR shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
