The Bosch MS 6 CUP EVO engine control unit is designed to manage gasoline engines up to 4 cylinders. It is part of the MS 6 family, featuring a powerful digital processing core with floating-point arithmetic and a high-end FPGA for superior performance and flexibility. The development process utilizes MATLAB/Simulink for rapid algorithm development and automatic code generation, allowing for quick customization of functions. Its flexible hardware design supports complex or unusual engine and chassis configurations.

Installation Notes

  • Maintenance Interval: 220 hours or a maximum of two years.
  • Calibration support from Bosch Motorsport is recommended based on experience.
  • Mating connectors and the programming interface MSA-Box II are not included and must be ordered separately.

The sale of this product is prohibited in Mexico. Due to embargo restrictions, sale is also prohibited in Russia, Belarus, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

Dimensions

The unit has an aluminum housing with overall dimensions of approximately 226 mm (width) x 181 mm (height) x 44 mm (depth). It features two Bosch connectors, one with 91 pins and another with 105 pins, totaling 196 pins. The top surface includes a pressure compensation element (Druckausgleichselement) and mounting points. The bottom features a connector interface and mounting brackets.
