This document provides detailed installation and usage instructions for the Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro C and Pro CN bicycle carriers, designed for motorhomes. It covers safety precautions, component identification, assembly steps, and usage guidelines.

The Carry-Bike Pro C and Pro CN models are designed to carry bicycles on the rear of motorhomes. The manual includes multilingual instructions for installation and use.

Key Features:

• Capacity: 4 standard bikes (15 kg max per bike) or 2 E-bikes (30 kg max per bike).
• Maximum total load: 60 kg.
• Dimensions are provided for reference (e.g., 60 cm, 63 cm, 128 cm).

The following components are included in the package:

Installation Instructions

1. Step 1: Determine the mounting points on the vehicle's rear wall. Ensure the wall is solid and suitable for anchoring. Drill holes of Ø 6.5 mm at the specified dimensions (e.g., 60 cm, 65 cm, 55 cm). Attach wall brackets (E) using plates (F), screws (U, V), and nuts (Q, T).
2. Step 2: Assemble the lower and upper support arms (L, K) using screws (V) and nuts (T). Attach these to the vehicle's rear using the previously installed brackets.
3. Step 3: Cut tubes (A) to the desired vertical spacing. Attach the lower support tubes (B) to the main structure.
4. Step 4: Connect the upper support tubes (C) to the upper arm brackets (Y) and then to the upper arms (K).
5. Step 5: Attach the bike fixing claws (M, W) to the support arms using screws (J) and nuts.
6. Step 6: Mount the main structure onto the vehicle's rear. Secure it using the provided straps and fasteners.
7. Step 7: Attach the lower rails (D) to the main structure using screws (R) and nuts (Z). Ensure the fork supports are correctly positioned with a 2mm gap.
8. Step 8: Secure the bike fixing claws (M, W) to the rails using screws (S) and nuts (Q).
9. Step 9: Fit the upper cover to the bike fixing claws.
10. Step 10: Attach the support arms (O, P) to the main structure. Adjust the straps and secure the bikes.

Important Notes:

• Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before installation.
• Installation should be performed by qualified personnel in compliance with local regulations.
• Periodically check the tightness of all fasteners, especially after the first few kilometers and before/after long trips.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity or vehicle dimensions.
• Always signal the presence of the bicycle carrier if it exceeds the vehicle's dimensions or reduces rear visibility.
• Remove bicycle batteries before transport.
• Rotate handlebars to prevent damage to the vehicle wall.

Usage Instructions

• Securely attach bicycles to the Carry-Bike using the provided bike fixing claws (M, W) and straps (N).
• Ensure bikes are evenly distributed for stability.
• Pay attention to the increased dimensions of the vehicle when driving, especially when reversing.
• Comply with speed limits and traffic regulations.

Safety Warnings

• Failure to follow instructions may result in severe damage or injury.
• Always check for damage to the product after an accident.
• Do not modify the product.
• Ensure the vehicle's rear wall is strong enough to support the load.
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible axle load.
• Always use warning signs if the load exceeds vehicle dimensions or obstructs visibility.
• Check the condition of rubber parts and straps regularly and replace if worn.
