Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Base Frame
Attach side panels (A, B) to the bottom panel (D) using screws (J) and cam locks (M). Ensure the panels are correctly oriented as indicated in the diagram. The diagram shows panel A and panel B being attached to panel D. Panel A has multiple holes, while panel B has fewer. Screws (J) and cam locks (M) are used for connection.
Parts used: A (x1), B (x1), D (x1), J (x2), M (x4).
Step 2: Attach Drawer Sides to Base
Attach drawer side panels (C) to the base structure formed in Step 1. Use screws (J) for this connection. The diagram shows two drawer side panels (C) being attached to the bottom panel (D) and side panels (A, B) with screws (J).
Parts used: C (x2), J (x2).
Step 3: Install Back Panel Supports
Attach back panel supports (F) to the side panels (A, B). Use screws (J) and cam locks (M). The diagram shows two back panel supports (F) being attached to the upper rear sections of side panels (A, B).
Parts used: F (x2), J (x2), M (x2).
Step 4: Orient Part F Correctly
Confirm the correct orientation for Part F during assembly. Part F has two sides with mounting holes: the side with a small mounting hole in the center and two bigger adjacent holes should be facing upward. The diagram illustrates this orientation with labels for 'big hole' and 'small hole' and an 'upward' indicator.
Parts used: F (orientation check).
Step 5: Attach Shelves and Drawer Sides
Attach shelves (E) and drawer side panels (C) to the main frame. Use screws (I) and cam locks (M). The diagram shows shelves (E) and drawer side panels (C) being fitted into the frame and secured.
Parts used: E (x1), C (x2), I (x8), M (x4).
Step 6: Install Drawer Fronts and Supports
Attach drawer front panels (G) and drawer side panels (C) to the frame. Use screws (I). Also, attach metal support rods (U) and frame supports (H) to reinforce the structure. The diagram shows these components being fitted and secured.
Parts used: G (x2), C (x2), I (x6), U (x6), H (x2).
Step 7: Continue Frame Assembly
Continue attaching drawer side panels (C) and frame supports (H) using screws (I). The diagram shows further assembly of the main chest structure.
Parts used: C (x2), H (x2), I (x6).
Step 8: Assemble Drawers
Assemble the drawers. Attach drawer side panels (P) to drawer front panels (S) and drawer back panels (Q) using screws (N) and cam locks (M). Slide drawer base panels (R) into the grooves. The diagram shows the process of assembling a drawer box.
Parts used: P (x6), S (x9), Q (x3), R (x6), N (x18), M (x6).
Step 9: Complete Drawer Assembly
Continue assembling the drawers. Attach drawer side panels (P) to drawer front panels (S) and drawer back panels (Q) using screws (N) and cam locks (M). Slide drawer base panels (R) into the grooves. The diagram shows multiple drawers being assembled.
Parts used: P (x6), S (x9), Q (x3), R (x6), N (x18), M (x6).
