General Description of Operating Modes

Use button [B] to cycle through modes. Pressing button [B] after completing operations in any mode returns the watch to the Timekeeping Mode. For details on automatic mode switching and how to interrupt it, refer to the "Automatic Presentation Function" section on page 8.

The watch features several operating modes, including: Timekeeping Mode, Reminder Mode, Schedule Mode, Daily Planner Mode, Setting Hands Mode, Stopwatch Mode, and Alarm Mode. Buttons [A], [B], and [C] are used for navigation and setting.

Screen Descriptions:

  • Analog Time Screen: Displays the current time using only the hour and minute hands.
  • Digital Time Screen: Displays the current time using both hands and digits. It may also show graphical symbols for planned events.
  • Date Screen: Displays the current time (hands and digits) and the current date in digital format, along with graphical symbols for planned events.

Indicators [Д] may appear on the Digital Time and Date screens, signaling upcoming scheduled events. Indicator [А] and the event symbol will blink. The indicators and symbols disappear after the event time has passed. For more details on using graphical symbols and setting schedules, refer to the "Reminder Mode", "Schedule Mode", and "Daily Planner Mode" sections.

How to Set Digital Time and Date

  1. In Timekeeping Mode, press button [A]. The seconds digits will blink, indicating they can be changed.
  2. Press button [B] to cycle through the digits to be set, in the following sequence: Seconds → Hours → Minutes → 12/24h Format → Month → Day → Year.
  3. When the seconds digits are blinking, press button [C] to reset them to "00". If the seconds are between "30" and "59", the minutes will be incremented by one. If the seconds are between "00" and "29", the minutes will remain unchanged.
  4. When digits in any other field (except seconds) are blinking, press button [C] to increase their values. Holding down button [C] allows for faster adjustment. Press button [C] when the 12/24h format is displayed to switch between formats.
  5. After setting the time and date, press button [A] to return to Timekeeping Mode.

The day of the week is set automatically according to the date. The date can be set from January 1, 1995, to December 31, 2039. If no button is pressed for several minutes while digits are blinking, the blinking will stop, and the watch will automatically return to Timekeeping Mode.

How to Set Watch Hands

  1. Press button [B] to enter the Setting Hands Mode. This typically requires multiple presses of [B] from Timekeeping Mode. The digits on the display will blink.
  2. Press button [A] to advance the watch hands forward (clockwise only).
  3. After setting the hands, press button [B] to return to Timekeeping Mode.

Timekeeping Mode Screen Variations

Press button [C] to switch between the three internal modes of Timekeeping Mode: Analog Time Screen, Digital Time Screen, and Date Screen.

  • Analog Time Screen
  • Digital Time Screen: Displays time, day of the week, and the "P" indicator for PM.
  • Date Screen: Displays month and day.

Reminder Mode

The Reminder Mode allows you to set graphical symbols that serve as reminders for tasks. Any symbol you set in this mode will appear on the Digital Time or Date screen in Timekeeping Mode.

How to Connect and Disconnect Graphical Symbols

  1. Enter Reminder Mode. The currently selected symbol will blink frequently, indicating it can be chosen. Other symbols will blink less frequently.
  2. Press button [C] to select the desired graphical symbol. The display will show whether the symbol is connected (ON) or disconnected (OFF). Connected symbols blink at a lower frequency.
  3. Press button [A] to connect (ON) or disconnect (OFF) the selected symbol.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to connect or disconnect other graphical symbols.

Schedule Mode

The Schedule Mode allows you to enter a month, day, and time for each scheduled event, along with a corresponding graphical symbol. The watch will emit a sound signal when the scheduled time arrives.

Memory Capacity: Up to 20 sets of data (month, day, time, graphical symbol). Entries are sorted chronologically and automatically deleted after their scheduled time. If a new entry's time and date match an existing one, they merge, combining symbols. Manual deletion is also possible.

Leap Year Handling: Entries for February 29 in non-leap years are not deleted until the next leap year or manually removed.

Sound Signals: Scheduled event signals last approximately 20 seconds and differ from alarm signals. Any button stops the signal. Signals are not emitted if data entry or time setting is in progress. The display shows the date, time, and symbol even on the analog screen.

How to Enter Data in Schedule Mode

  1. Enter Schedule Mode. Press and hold button [C] until the "New Data Entry" screen appears. If the memory is full, you must delete existing entries first.
  2. Press button [A]. The month digits will blink, indicating they can be changed.
  3. Press button [C] to set the current date and time to 12:00.
  4. Press button [B] to cycle through the fields to set: Month → Day → Hours → Minutes → Symbol.
  5. Press button [C] to increase the values of the blinking digits. Holding [C] increases the speed.
  6. To use a graphical symbol, select it by blinking. To skip symbols, proceed to step 8.
  7. Press button [C] to connect (ON) or disconnect (OFF) the selected symbol. Multiple symbols can be connected per entry.
  8. After entering the data, press button [A] to save and return to Schedule Mode. The watch will automatically return to Schedule Mode if no button is pressed for several minutes.

Important Notes for Data Entry: You must enter values for month, day, hours, and minutes, otherwise the entry will not be saved. You can set dates up to one year in advance.

How to View Data in Schedule Mode

Press button [C] in Schedule Mode to cycle through saved data. Holding [C] allows for faster viewing.

How to Edit Data in Schedule Mode

  1. View your saved entries and select the one you wish to edit.
  2. Press button [A]. The month digits will blink.
  3. Use button [B] to move the cursor to the part you want to change, then use button [C] to make the changes.
  4. Press button [A] to return to Schedule Mode.

How to Delete a Selected Entry in Schedule Mode

  1. View your saved entries and select the one you wish to delete.
  2. Press button [A]. The month digits will blink.
  3. Press buttons [B] and [C] simultaneously to delete the selected entry. A message will appear briefly, then the month digits will blink, allowing for a new entry.
  4. Enter new data or press button [A] to return to Schedule Mode.

Daily Planner Mode

The Daily Planner Mode allows you to set a month, day, and graphical symbol. The selected symbol will appear on the specified date. Special sound signals may also be activated.

Memory Capacity: Up to 20 sets of data (month, day, graphical symbol). Entries remain until manually deleted.

How to Enter Data in Daily Planner Mode

  1. Enter Daily Planner Mode. Press and hold button [C] until the "New Data Entry" screen appears. If the memory is full, delete existing entries first.

  4. Enter new data or press button [A] to return to Daily Planner Mode.

Alarm Mode

If an alarm is set, the alarm signal will sound daily for 20 seconds. Any button will stop the signal. If the hourly chime is set, a signal will sound at the start of each hour.

The 12h/24h format for the alarm time matches the setting in Timekeeping Mode. Be mindful of the "P" indicator for PM when using the 12-hour format.

  1. After setting the alarm time, press button [A] to return to Alarm Mode.

How to Connect and Disconnect Alarm and Hourly Chime Settings

Press button [C] in Alarm Mode to cycle through the following settings:

  • Both signals ON
  • Alarm signal ON only
  • Hourly chime signal ON only
  • Both signals OFF

Types of Sound Signals

You can select either a loud or a quiet sound signal.

How to Check Signal Operation

Press and hold button [C] in Alarm Mode to play the signal. Each press plays a different signal. The last signal played is the one that will be used.

Stopwatch Mode

The Stopwatch Mode allows you to measure elapsed time. The maximum measurable time is 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59.99 seconds.

  • An indicator [Д] shows tenths of a second, moving from the 12 o'clock position (0 seconds) to the 9 o'clock position (0.9 seconds). Each movement represents one-tenth of a second.

How to Measure Elapsed Time

  1. Press button [C] in Stopwatch Mode to start the stopwatch.
  2. Press button [C] to stop the stopwatch.
  3. Press button [C] again to resume timing from the displayed time.
  4. Press button [A] to reset the stopwatch display to 0:00'00.

Auto Display Function

This watch features an Auto Display Function that periodically cycles through the built-in modes. You cannot use other watch functions while the Auto Display Function is active.

How to Connect the Auto Display Function

Press and hold button [B] for approximately two to three seconds until a beep is heard.

How to Disconnect the Auto Display Function

Press and hold button [B] for approximately two to three seconds until a beep is heard.
