Charging Your Phone
You can charge your device using the charger or by connecting it to a computer via a USB cable (provided with the phone). Only use TECNO chargers and cables, as other chargers or cables may damage the device and void your warranty.

Important Precautions
- Volume Levels: Avoid listening at high volume levels for extended periods to prevent hearing damage.
- Battery Safety: Do not replace the battery with an incorrect type, as this may cause explosion. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions. Do not expose batteries to fire, high temperatures, or crush them. Avoid low air pressure which can cause explosion or leakage.
- USB Connection: Connect the product to a USB interface using USB 2.0 only.
- Adapter Placement: The adapter should be plugged in near the equipment and be easily accessible.

- Repetitive Motions: Take breaks when performing repetitive actions like typing or playing games to prevent strain. Ensure a comfortable grip and take frequent breaths. Consult a doctor if you experience discomfort.
- Battery and Charger Longevity: Avoid overcharging the battery (more than a week). Unused devices should be charged before use. Unplug chargers when not in use. Use batteries only for their intended purpose.
- Accessories: Use only original Tecno batteries, chargers, accessories, and materials. Non-approved accessories may shorten the device's lifespan or cause malfunction. Tecno is not responsible for user safety when using unapproved accessories.
- Ingestion/Insertion: Do not bite or suck the device or battery. Keep out of reach of children. Do not insert the device or accessories into eyes, ears, or mouth.
- Device Handling: Hold the device upright. Speak directly into the microphone. Do not touch the internal antenna, as it may affect call quality and RF energy emission.
- Headphone Usage: Protect your hearing. Avoid prolonged exposure to high volume. Be aware of distractions while driving. Adjust volume to a comfortable level. Be cautious of static electricity in dry environments.
- Walking/Moving: Be aware of your surroundings to prevent injury to yourself or others. Ensure headphone cables do not get tangled.
- Carrying: Do not carry the device in your back pocket or around your waist to avoid injury or damage if you fall.
- Disassembly: Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself. Unauthorized modifications void the warranty. Contact an authorized Tecno Service Center for repairs. Do not attempt to remove or puncture the battery.
- Painting/Stickers: Do not paint or apply stickers to the device, as they may obstruct moving parts or cause allergic reactions. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience skin irritation.
- Cleaning: Clean the device and charger with a soft cloth. Clean battery terminals with a cotton swab or cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners.
- Cracked Screen: Do not use the device if the screen is cracked, as broken glass can cause injury. Take it to an authorized Tecno Service Center for repair.
- Intended Use: Use the device only for its intended purpose.
- Public Places: Be considerate of others when using the device in public places.
- Children: Do not allow children to use the device, as it is not a toy and can cause injury or damage.
- Placement: Securely place mobile devices and equipment in vehicles. Avoid placing them near airbags.

- When disposing of the device, back up all data and reset the device to prevent misuse of personal information.
- Review app permissions carefully before installing. Be cautious of apps requesting extensive access to personal information.
- Regularly check your accounts for suspicious activity. Contact your service provider to remove or change account information if you suspect misuse.
- Change account passwords if the device is lost or stolen.
- Do not use apps from unknown sources. Lock your device with a pattern, password, or PIN.

Disposal of Product and Batteries
Product Disposal (WEEE): The symbol indicates that this product, accessories, and packaging should not be disposed of with household waste. Separate them from other waste types to promote recycling and sustainable use of resources. Contact your retailer or local authorities for information on environmentally safe recycling.
Battery Disposal: The symbol on the battery, manual, and packaging indicates that batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. If Hg, Cd, or Pb symbols are present, the battery contains mercury, cadmium, or lead above the reference levels specified in Directive 2006/66/EC. Batteries are not user-replaceable. Consult a service provider for battery replacement. Do not attempt to remove, puncture, incinerate, or short-circuit batteries. Dispose of the product and batteries responsibly at designated collection points.
Consumer Rights
In case of a defective product, consumers have the right to:
