HSL4-I M12 65
Specifications:
- Drill Bit Diameter (dh): 14 mm
- Max Fixture Thickness (tfix, max): 40 mm
- Effective Embedment Depth (hef): 65 mm
- Minimum Hole Depth (hhole): 80 mm
- Minimum Anchor Length (hmin): 115 mm
- Hole Diameter (Ø): 18 mm
Installation Steps:
Step 1: Drilling
Drill a hole in the base material using a drill bit (dh = 14 mm) at a 90° angle. The hole depth (hhole) should be 80 mm. The required hole diameter (Ø) is 18 mm.
Step 2: Hole Cleaning
Clean the drilled hole thoroughly using a brush and possibly compressed air. Ensure no dust or debris remains. A checkmark ✔️ indicates a properly cleaned hole.
Step 3: Anchor Insertion
Insert the HSL4-I M12 anchor into the cleaned hole. The anchor should be inserted to the effective embedment depth (hef = 65 mm).
Step 4: Pre-setting
Perform pre-setting by turning the anchor. Continue turning until resistance is felt, typically for 1 to 2 turns. This involves rotating the anchor 360° to 720° [rotation arrow].
Step 5: Pre-setting Completion
The anchor is now pre-set. Continue turning until the anchor bottoms out or for a minimum of 7 turns.
Step 6: Final Setting
Tighten the anchor nut using a wrench (SW 19 ?) to achieve the final setting.
