3. Download and Install App

Download the ZUMIMALL App from Google Play™ or App Store™. Alternatively, scan the QR codes below with your smartphone.

Required Permissions:

Please turn on both of the following permissions for the ZUMIMALL App:

Allow ZUMIMALL App to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN; otherwise, it will fail to connect the camera.
Allow ZUMIMALL App to receive pushed messages; otherwise, the phone will not receive alarms when motion is detected.

4. Account Registration

New users need to sign up for the ZUMIMALL App using an email address. Click 'Sign up' to create a new account and follow the steps to complete registration.

5. Add Camera to App

5.1 Preparations for connection

Insert a Micro SD Card into the camera to save video clips, or you can start the 7-day free cloud service. Without a Micro SD Card or cloud service, no video will be saved.
The camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; it does not support 5GHz.
When connecting to the network, please place the camera close to the router (Recommended within 10-15ft).

5.2 Connect Camera to App

Follow these steps to connect your camera to the ZUMIMALL App:

Tap 'Add Device' on the Home screen.
Select 'Battery Camera' from the device list.
Reset the camera: Hold the RESET button on your device for 4-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes RED. Tap 'Next'.
Turn on the camera: Hold the device power button to start it. Ensure the device is near your router for the best signal. Tap 'Next'.
Wi-Fi Setup: Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter your password. Tap 'Next'.
Prepare for Scanning: Remove any protective film from the lens. Tap 'Next' to display a QR code. Position your phone 5-8 inches from the camera lens.
Scan QR Code: When the indicator light is flashing slowly in red, scan the QR code displayed on your phone with the camera. A tone will be heard when successfully scanned.
Connect Network: The app will show the connection progress (e.g., Search device, Register to the cloud, Device initialization). Wait until installation is finished (reaches 100%).
Perform Network Diagnosis: If needed, check the Wi-Fi signal strength and network status.
View Installation Tips: Review tips for optimal camera placement, such as using the outdoor bracket, recommended height (2-3 meters), avoiding direct sunlight, and avoiding close-range placement against walls or glass.
