Operation and Safety Manual
Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Livarno Home Air Bed. This product offers high quality and is designed for your comfort. This instruction manual is an integral part of the product and contains important information regarding safety, use, and disposal. Please read all safety and operating instructions carefully before using the product. Use the product only as described and for the specified applications. When passing the product on to a third party, please also include all documentation.
Intended Use
The product is intended for indoor use only. It is not intended for commercial use. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages caused by improper use.
Description of Parts
Refer to Figure A for part identification:

Figure A shows a top-down view of the air bed's integrated pump area, highlighting the power cord compartment (1) and the rotary switch (2).

Safety Instructions
Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and instructions for use! When passing this product on to others, please also include all the documents! Keep for future reference.
In case of damage resulting from non-compliance with these operating instructions, the warranty claim becomes invalid. No liability is accepted for consequential damage. No liability is accepted in the case of material damage or personal injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions.
DANGER! Risks exist when using the product outdoors or as a watercraft. Keep away from fire. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not expose the product to water or rain.
WARNING! RISK OF LOSS OF LIFE OR ACCIDENT TO INFANTS AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unsupervised with packaging material, as it presents a suffocation hazard. Children often underestimate dangers. Always keep children away from packaging material.
This product can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have received instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the product.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Do not exceed the maximum load recommended, or the product will be damaged and may burst.
- Before each use, ensure the product works properly.
- Unplug or disconnect the product from the power supply before using and servicing.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- The motor is suitable for short-time operation only. Inflate for a maximum of 5 minutes and deflate for a maximum of 5 minutes. Ensure the motor's run time does not exceed 5 minutes at a time.
- The air vent on the cover should be kept free of debris during use.
- Inflate the product to proper firmness until most wrinkles have disappeared.
- Store the product in a dry location.
- After use, the product may require additional air to increase firmness. Inflate to proper firmness.
Operation
Switch Positions
The rotary switch [2] controls the air flow:
- Position: Switched off - Valve closed.
- Position: Switched on (arrow pointing inwards) - Valve opened for inflation.
- Position: Switched on (arrow pointing outwards) - Valve opened for deflation.
Inflate Automatically
- Set the rotary switch [2] to the inflation position (inward arrow).
- Connect the power plug to a socket-outlet.
- The product will inflate. Wait until the desired firmness is reached. Inflate for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- When the desired firmness is reached, set the rotary switch [2] to the switched-off position (valve closed).
- Disconnect the power plug from the socket-outlet.
Inflate Manually (Refer to Figure B)
Figure B illustrates connecting a hand pump to the air bed's valve.
- Set the rotary switch [2] to the switched-off position (valve closed).
- Connect a suitable valve adapter (not included) from your hand pump to the opening in the center of the rotary switch [2].
- Inflate the product manually to the desired firmness.
- When the desired firmness is reached, set the rotary switch [2] to the switched-off position (valve closed).
- Disconnect the valve adapter from the product.
Deflate Automatically
- Connect the power plug to a socket-outlet.
- Set the rotary switch [2] to the deflation position (outward arrow).
- Wait until the product is completely deflated. Deflate for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- When deflated, set the rotary switch [2] to the switched-off position (valve closed).
- Disconnect the power plug from the socket-outlet.
Deflate Manually
- Set the rotary switch [2] to the deflation position (outward arrow).
- Wait until the product is completely deflated.
Cleaning and Care
- Use a clean, damp cloth and gently wipe the flocked and PVC surfaces.
- Do not use harsh detergents for cleaning.
- Fold and store the product after it has dried.
- Check the product for damage at the beginning of each season and at regular intervals during use.
- Do not place sharp or heavy objects near or on top of the product, as this may cause damage and tears.
Repair
If the product is damaged, use the provided repair patch. Proceed as follows:
- Completely deflate the product.
- Clean and dry the damaged area thoroughly.
- Apply a repair patch and smooth it out to remove any air bubbles.
- Never use liquid glue or self-adhesive fabric. Only use the included repair patch or a similar repair patch.
Storage
- Before storing the product, release all the air.
- Store the product in a cool and dry place.
Disposal
The packaging is made of recyclable materials and can be disposed of at local recycling facilities.
Observe the marking of packaging materials for waste separation. These are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the following meanings: 1-7: plastics / 20-22: paper and fibreboard / 80-98: composite materials.
The product and packaging materials are recyclable; dispose of them separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid only in France.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details on how to dispose of your worn-out product. To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly at the end of its useful life and not in household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects, you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited by this warranty.
This product is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location; this document is required as proof of purchase.
Should any material or manufacturing fault occur within 3 years from the date of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced by Livarno Home, at their choice, free of charge. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, used improperly, or not maintained correctly.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover product parts subject to normal wear (e.g., batteries) or damage to fragile parts such as switches, rechargeable batteries, or glass components.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To ensure quick processing of your claim, please observe the following instructions:
- Please have your till receipt and the item number (e.g., IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
- The item number can be found on the rating plate, an engraving, on the title page of your manual (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
- If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed below by telephone or e-mail.
- You can return a defective product postage-paid to the provided service address. Ensure you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and a written description of the defect, including when it occurred.
