Hyundai offers Flatbed Trucks designed for versatile cargo transport. Models include the HD120 Flatbed and HD65 Flatbed without a side gate. HD65 to HD120 models require an installed cargo deck, while the HD250 needs special deck installation. Vertical-type power gates and small cranes can be added as factory-installed options.

Special Transport: Car Carrier
Specialized Car Carriers are available for efficient vehicle transportation. The HD120 is manufactured in EX-LONG and U-LONG wheelbase versions, while the HD260 is available in a MEDIUM wheelbase, with a trailer recommended. Inquiries for the HD1000 trailer car carrier should be directed to the Special Vehicle Team. For HD120 LONG, contact the Special Vehicle Team. For HD260, trailer recommendation is made, but local regulations may prohibit it. For detailed axle-weight distribution and rear body offset, contact the Special Vehicle Team. PTO is a mandatory option when ordering car carriers.

The Safety Loader is designed for secure vehicle loading. It is available with a Standard Cab or Super Cab (which reduces deck length by approximately 200mm). A winch can be mounted between the deck and cab, depending on the job requirements. PTO is a mandatory option when ordering safety loaders.

Options Details
Option 1 (Deck-type change): The type of deck can be changed according to customer requests or local requirements. Standard: Low cost, simple structure, easy maintenance. Includes Sliding Deck Type, Dumping Deck (excellent load capacity, suitable for heavy goods), and Low Approach Deck (suitable for vehicles with low approach angles and small ground clearance).
Option 2 (Slide-out ramp step): In-sliding automatic-type ramp replaces the standard manual-type ramp. A wireless remote controller is included.

Underlift Truck Reference
The Underlift Truck Reference section illustrates various components and configurations. Key elements include the Underlift system with a loading capacity of 1,100kg (HD72), Round lamps for warning/working, a Tool box, and a Controller. Other features shown are Tire locking (auto) for safety loaders, an Assistance winch (2000kg capacity, Option 1 for Underlift), and Dolly (Option 2 for Underlift).
Special Transport: Mobile Workshop
The Mobile Workshop series provides a versatile solution for on-site maintenance and repair. Models vary in box size, workbench, and parts storage configurations. Generator options are limited for certain models.
Features & Options
For HD72-120, box sizes differ, but tool/equipment lists are identical. For HD65/72, workbench/parts storage differ in size and can be lockable. For HD160+, manufacturing is based on box size with customizable tool/equipment lists. HD45/65 models cannot select a generator, and some tools are excluded. Diesel generators cannot be mounted; engine generators (20KVA+) can be used on HD160+ models. Van box is standard; bench and parts storage are optional. Tool/equipment selection is customer-driven. Parts storage is typically 3x4, with adjustable sizing. Optional air conditioning is available.
