Packer Truck

The Packer reduces the volume of residential or industrial waste loaded into the container using compression and a rotating plate to push waste from the hopper into the container. It then employs an ejector or dumping system to discharge the load.

Packer trucks are capable of handling oversized and small-volume waste with equal ease, making them suitable for both household as well as industrial waste disposal.

• The equipment which attaches to the rear part of waste collector truck makes it possible to compress garbage and pick up garbage bags.
• Packer trucks are classified as press- or roll-type.

Packer Truck Types:

• Press type: Ejector, Dumping
• Roll type: Ejector, Dumping

Non-Packer Truck

Non-packer trucks hook and lift roll-off garbage containers placed at designated spots and transport them to landfills where the waste is dumped.

The automated pick up and dumping mechanism offers great savings in time, cost, and efficiency in transportation.

• Depending on the type of attached method, non-packer trucks are classified as either Arm Roll (hook arm-type) or waste dump (tipper).

Press Pack

Press pack is suitable for large scale waste collection.

• Enhanced convenience with the installation of a packer operating switch (Auto) and discharging switch inside the cab.
• Possible to use emergency button under dangerous situation.
• PTO must be specified when ordering press pack vehicles.

Roll Pack

Roll pack is perfectly suited for daily collection of standard plastic garbage bags.

• Enhanced convenience with the installation of a packer operating switch (Auto) inside the cab.
• Equipped with an emergency off button for added safety.
• PTO must be specified when ordering the above vehicle.

Bin Lift

Option 2

• Hook automatically picks up the waste bin.
• Basic dimensions of waste bins are universal.
• Standardized bin lifts are 600ℓ and 1,100ℓ, but 1,100ℓ bin lift is commonly used.
• Common bin lift is classified with 600ℓ to 1,100ℓ. Possible to attach to middle- and large-size vehicles.
• Difference between 600ℓ and 1,100ℓ is the control valve size (600ℓ: 1½", 1,100ℓ: 3½").

HD120 and above features a 2-cylinder type arm roll.
