General Safety and Usage Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.

Important Safety Precautions:

Ensure the product is not damaged before first use.
Do not allow water to pool on the fabric over an extended period of time.
Ensure the item you are covering is completely dry before applying the cover. Any moisture can cause mould and fungus to form.
Where possible, air your cover and product, particularly in extended periods of humid weather, to prevent damp from forming.
IMPORTANT: Secure the item in a safe location during high winds or storms.
Keep away from BBQs and Firepits.

Intended Use:

This product is designed and intended for domestic use only. Do not use for commercial purposes.
Do not use the cover as a tent, gazebo, or for shade.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised and given suitable instruction concerning the use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
This product is not a toy. Keep away from children and animals. Children and pets should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.

Before First Use:

WARNING! Allow all parts of your furniture/appliance to cool completely before using the cover.
Remove all flammable materials, including ashes, embers, flammable liquids or materials, and disconnect any heating devices from the electrical or fuel supply (if applicable).
Do not attempt to stretch the cover or place any unnecessary pressure on the seams or handles.
Do not attempt to stretch the cover over furniture. Where possible, use two people to carefully lower the cover over your furniture.
Do not attempt to use your furniture with the cover installed.
Do not attempt to weigh down or anchor the cover as this may cause unnecessary stresses which can damage the seams and impair future use.
Take care to avoid any unnecessary friction against objects when using the cover as this can cause deterioration and damage to the cover.
Take care to brush off any heavy snowfalls or water pools which may form on the cover.
NOTE: This cover is not designed or intended to replace any coatings or weather treatments which may be applied to your furniture to offer weather protection.
If you cannot store furniture cushions in storage bags, lie them flat on your sofa before covering. This will help the furniture cover sit more securely around the frame.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Wash and air the cover before and after periods of storage to clean.
To clean the cover, use a suitable soft bristle brush and a warm detergent solution (proprietary dish soap detergent).
CAUTION: Do not use any abrasive detergents or scouring pads to clean the cover. Do not use bleach.
CAUTION: Do not expose the cover to water jets or steam from any hose, cleaner or any high pressure system as this can cause damage or deterioration.
CAUTION: This cover is not machine-washable.
Allow the cover to air-dry on a clothing line or other suitable open air apparatus.
IMPORTANT: Never store the cover whilst wet as this can cause mould and fungus to form which can cause damage to the cover and your furniture.

Disposal Information

Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority for recycling advice.

The warranty only applies if the product is used solely in the manner indicated in the warnings page of this manual, and all other instructions have been followed accurately. Any abuse of the product or the manner in which it is used will invalidate the warranty. Returned goods will not be accepted unless re-packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by a relevant and completed returns form. This does not affect your statutory rights. No rights are given under this warranty to a person acquiring the appliance second-hand or for commercial or communal use.
