Assembly Instructions

Step 1
Connect the base and lower arched frame sections. Attach two curved tubes (2A) to two straight tubes (5), and two straight tubes (2) to two straight tubes (4) and two straight tubes (5) using M6x60 bolts.

Step 2
Erect the main arched frame. Insert six straight tubes (1) into the ground sockets. Attach three straight tubes (3) to the top of the arched tubes (1) and secure them with two straight tubes (3A) connecting the arches.

Step 3
Add horizontal supports to the frame. Connect five straight tubes (4) and five straight tubes (5) horizontally between the arched frame sections, securing them with M6x60 bolts.

Step 4
Continue adding horizontal supports. Attach more straight tubes (4) and (5) horizontally to the frame sections, securing with M6x60 bolts.

Step 5
Attach side bracing components. Connect parts 6, 6A, 7, and 7A to the frame using M6x30 and M6x60 bolts.

Step 6
Attach rear bracing components. Connect parts 8 and 9 to the rear of the frame using M6x30 and M6x60 bolts.

Step 7
Assemble the door frame. Connect door frame parts A1, A3, A7, A2, A4, and A7 using M6x35 bolts.

Step 8
Complete the door frame assembly. Attach door frame parts A6 to the frame using M6x35 bolts.

Step 9
The main frame structure is now assembled.

Step 10
1. Ensure all frame bolts are fully tightened.
2. With assistance, carefully slide the polythene cover over the assembled frame, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
3. Secure the cover by fastening the internal ties to the frame, working systematically from one end to the other.
4. Attach guy ropes to the hooks on the four corners of the polytunnel and secure them to the ground using the provided pegs.

- Regularly inspect and repair any tears or holes in the polythene cover.
- Maintain proper ventilation to prevent mold and mildew growth.
- Clean interior and exterior surfaces to remove accumulated dirt and algae.
- Periodically inspect and tighten all frame connections to ensure structural stability.
- Clear weeds and debris from the polytunnel base and surrounding area.

- Use gloves and protective clothing when handling plants and soil.
- Regularly inspect the structure for damage or wear.
- Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating.
- Keep the surrounding area clear of debris.

Troubleshooting
- Plants wilting: Check for adequate watering and ensure proper ventilation.
- Mold growth: Reduce humidity levels and improve air circulation.
- Poor plant growth: Ensure plants receive sufficient light and nutrients.
- High temperature: Use shading and increase ventilation.
- Pest infestation: Inspect entry points and use organic pest control methods.
