Assembly Instructions
- Step 1: Connect Part G to Parts B1 (x2) and B11 (x2) using Screws O (x8) and K (x8). Repeat for the other side.
- Step 2: Connect Part G to Parts B2 (x1) and B22 (x1) using Screw Q (x1) and Screws K (x4). Repeat for the other side.
- Step 3: Attach Parts B3 (x2) to the main frame using Parts G (x4), Q (x2), O (x8), and K (x8).
- Step 4: Secure Parts C (x4) and C1 (x2) to the frame using Parts G (x4), Q (x4), O (x16), and K (x16).
- Step 5: Assemble the vertical supports. Connect Part H (x4) to Parts A1 (x2) and A2 (x2) using Parts P (x8), J (x4), O (x40), and K (x40). Then attach Part A11 (x4) to the assembled supports.
- Step 6: Join the main horizontal frame sections. Attach Parts N (x6) and K (x6) to connect the frame elements.
- Step 7: Attach the main vertical support posts (A1, A2) to the frame using Parts N (x6) and K (x6).
- Step 8: Reinforce the main structure by attaching Parts N (x12) and K (x12).
- Step 9: Install the roof crossbars. Connect Parts B1 (x2), B2 (x1), B3 (x2) to the frame using Parts M (x6) and K (x6).
- Step 10: Complete the frame assembly by attaching Parts R1 (x4), R2 (x4), O (x32), and K (x32).
- Step 11: Install the canopy fabric (F). Attach it to the frame using Parts D1 (x8), D2 (x1), D3 (x5), D22 (x1), and S (x10).
- Step 12: Finalize assembly. Secure the canopy and frame using Part L (Allen key) for final tightening.
Installation Notice
Three-person installation required.
Do not tighten the screws until they reach the 3/4 position. Finally assemble and tighten all the screws.
Maintenance
General Care
- Regularly inspect the pergola for any signs of damage or wear.
- Clean the pergola with a mild detergent and water to remove dirt and debris.
- Ensure the pergola is securely anchored to the ground.
- Trim any overhanging branches or vines that may interfere with the structure.

- Ensure the pergola is securely anchored to prevent it from tipping over.
- Regularly inspect the pergola for any signs of wear or damage.
- Do not overload the pergola with heavy objects or decorations.
- Keep the area around the pergola clear of flammable materials.
- Use appropriate tools and safety gear when assembling or maintaining the pergola.
Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Issue: Pergola is not stable.
Solution: Ensure all bolts and screws are tightly secured. Check if the ground is level and adjust the pergola legs if necessary. - Issue: Leaking pergola roof.
Solution: Inspect the roof for any cracks or gaps. Apply a waterproof sealant to the affected areas. - Issue: Pergola canopy is sagging.
Solution: Tighten the canopy fabric and ensure it is properly secured to the frame. Replace any worn-out or damaged parts. - Issue: Preventing rust.
Solution: Regularly clean the pergola and apply a rust-resistant coating to the metal parts. - Issue: Bent pergola frame.
Solution: Carefully straighten the bent parts using appropriate tools. If the damage is severe, consider replacing the affected sections.
