Assembly and Component Replacement

Step 1: Accessing LED Modules

To access or replace the LED modules, locate and loosen the screws securing the lamp housing. A PH2 screwdriver is typically required. The diagrams show multiple screw locations that need to be addressed.

Step 2: Connecting/Disconnecting LED Modules

LED modules connect via a "PRESS & PULL" mechanism. Ensure a secure connection by firmly pressing the connector or gently pulling it to disconnect.

Step 3: Connecting the LED Driver

Connect the Dimmable Constant Current LED Driver (Art.-No.: 8257109.210A) to the power supply and the LED modules. Pay attention to the terminal labels:

INPUT: AC/DC+, AC/DC-
OUTPUT: LED+, LED-, GND, DIM, VCC

Use the designated "PRESS (a)" and "PULL (b)" points on the driver for secure wire connections. The driver specifications are: Input 200-240V~50/60Hz, Max 0.30A. Output 12-30V, 1500mA, 62.7W Max. Maximum ambient temperature (ta) 45°C.
