Assembly and Removal Instructions

This section details the steps for accessing, installing, and removing components of the MAULjet lamp.

Step 1: Accessing the Lamp Housing

Locate one end of the lamp housing. Unscrew two screws using a PH2 screwdriver to remove the end cover.

Step 2: Opening the Housing

Step 10: Wiring the LED Driver

Connect the wires to the LED driver. Use pliers to pull connector 'b' while pushing connector 'a' to manage the connections. The LED driver (Model: BK-DHL050-1300BP) has input terminals labeled ACIL, ACIN, PUSH, NC, and output terminals labeled LED+, LED-, DIM+, DIM-. Ensure the SEC wire preparation is 0.5-1.5mm².

Step 11: Connecting LED Driver Output

Connect the LED modules to the driver's output terminals: LED+ and LED- for the light source, and DIM+ and DIM- for dimming control. Use the push 'a' and pull 'b' actions for secure terminal connections.

Step 12: Installing the LED Driver

Install the LED driver into its designated slot and secure it using PH2 screws.

Step 13: Installing LED Module B

To install or replace LED Module B (Article No.: 8257409.205), first unscrew two screws (PH2) to remove the existing module. Then, install the new module and secure it.

Step 14: Installing LED Module C

To install or replace LED Module C (Article No.: 8257409.200), access the compartment by rotating and sliding off the end cover. Connect and secure the module using the push 'a' and pull 'b' actions and PH2 screws.
