1. Product Introduction
Welcome to the Elitech MS series digital dual-manifold valve. This manual provides essential information to ensure safe and proper operation of your product. The MS-100 PLUS series integrates pressure, temperature, holding pressure, vacuum, and data recording modes, making it ideal for refrigeration and HVAC system troubleshooting and maintenance. 2. Safety Instructions
- This product is not suitable for maintenance of ammonia (ammonia-containing) refrigerant systems.
- Contains batteries; do not place in high-temperature environments or throw into fire due to explosion risk.
- Avoid use during thunderstorms to prevent lightning strikes.
- Strictly follow the safety precautions for refrigeration systems.
- Wear safety goggles and protective gloves when using the product. Read the system unit's maintenance manual before connecting.

3. Environmental Protection

5. Button Functions
The MS-100 PLUS gauge is operated using three main buttons:
- MODE Button:
- Long press: Turn on/off the power.
- Short press: Turn on/off Bluetooth.
- ZERO/A Button:
- Long press: Enter the settings interface.
- Short press: Mode switch (pressure temperature/hold pressure/vacuum) or switch the main option in the settings interface.
- V/I Button:
- Short press: Switch refrigerant type; Start hold pressure test; Start leak test; Switch sub-option in the settings interface.
- Long press: End hold pressure test; Exit hold pressure data result display; End leak test; Exit vacuum data result display.
Refrigerant Selection: Long press the ZERO/A and V/I buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to unlock refrigerant selection. The refrigerant area will turn red, indicating it can be switched. Short press ZERO/A or V/I to select the desired refrigerant. The selection will automatically lock after 10 seconds.

7. Quick Operation Guide
7.1 Measuring Pressure and Temperature
- Press the MODE button to turn the device on and enter the PT interface.
- Hold the ZERO/A + V/I buttons for 3 seconds to unlock the refrigerant selection.
- The refrigerant section will turn red. Short press ZERO/A or V/I to select the desired refrigerant.
- Connect the high and low-pressure sides of the product to the system being tested.
- Start the system being tested to real-time monitor the system's pressure and saturation temperature among other parameters.
7.2 Hold Pressure Measurement
- Turn on the device and press the MODE button to enter the HOLD pressure interface.
- Charge the system being tested with an appropriate amount of nitrogen. When the pressure reaches the target value, close the high-pressure side valve.
- Press the V/I button to start the hold pressure test.
7.3 Vacuum Test
- Turn on the device and press the MODE button to enter the VAC interface.
- Start the vacuum pump to begin the vacuum test.
After vacuuming for a period, press the V/I button to start the leak test.
7.4 Refrigerant Charging
- Turn on the device and enter the PT interface.
- Connect the refrigerant tank to the middle interface.
- Close the high-pressure valve and open the low-pressure valve.
- Open the refrigerant line valve to charge refrigerant.
