CAUTION

  • Do not disassemble the battery or wall mount.
  • Do not apply heat to the battery or dispose of it in fire.
  • The battery is designed exclusively for this appliance; do not use it for other electronic devices or purposes.
  • Removing the battery during use may cause the appliance to malfunction.
  • For safety reasons, if the battery is removed while the vacuum motor is running, it may not function for 30 seconds after reinstallation.
  • Battery charging time and usage duration may decrease with increased use. Replace the battery when it no longer charges or depletes quickly.
  • Use only the manufacturer-provided wall mount and batteries.
  • Before inserting the battery, ensure it is inserted in the correct direction.
  • Dispose of used batteries in designated collection boxes for recycling.
  • If you do not plan to use the vacuum for an extended period, detach the battery.
  • When installing the battery, insert it until it clicks. This indicates it is securely fixed. Otherwise, it may fall and cause injury or damage.
  • Do not slide, drop, or shock the battery.
  • Do not disassemble the battery and avoid short-circuiting the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
  • Battery leaks may occur due to intensive use or extreme temperatures. If liquid contacts your skin, rinse the affected area with water immediately. If it contacts your eyes, rinse with clear water for at least 10 minutes and consult a doctor.
  • To protect the motor and battery, the vacuum cannot operate at temperatures below 5°C or above 45°C.

Operation

NOTE

  • If excessive force is applied to a brush or a foreign object is lodged in the rotating brush (drum), the brush may stop to protect the motor or vacuum. Turn off the vacuum, remove the foreign object, and turn it back on. If it doesn't turn on, turn it off and on again.
  • Static electricity may occur due to humidity, temperature, or floor type. If this happens repeatedly, contact a Samsung service center.
  • Fully charge the battery:
    • Before first use of a new battery or after prolonged non-use.
    • When the battery level indicator is low and blinking.
  • If you do not plan to use the vacuum for an extended period or will be away from home, unplug the wall mount and remove the battery. Batteries slowly discharge when not charged or in use.
  • When the battery level is low, charge it. Prolonged low battery levels can degrade battery performance.
  • Gently clean reusable microfiber cushions of the double motorized mop by hand with cleaning soap.
  • If microfiber cushions are exposed to heat or fabric softener, they may be altered, reducing performance.
  • Reusable microfiber cushions can be machine washed. However, boiling temperatures may alter or discolor the cushion, reducing performance.
  • Use genuine Samsung Electronics microfiber cushions specifically for the double motorized mop.
  • If the double motorized mop is used without microfiber cushions, any appliance malfunction will not be covered by warranty, and repair costs will be charged.
  • When purchasing additional double motorized mops with reusable microfiber cushions, contact a Samsung service center.
  • When purchasing additional disposable cleaning wipes, check the model name: VCA-SPA90.

CAUTION

  • When the rotating brush (drum) inside a brush is operating, do not touch the brush. Otherwise, your hand may get caught, causing injury.

Maintenance

NOTE

  • Sometimes, brush wheels may scratch the floor. Before using the vacuum, check the condition of the brush wheels.
  • If foreign objects are present on the brush wheel and cannot be easily removed, contact a Samsung service center.
  • If the internal part of the double motorized mop is obstructed by a large foreign object, the rotation speed will decrease or the appliance will stop rotating.

CAUTION

  • Storing the vacuum in direct sunlight for extended periods may cause deformation or discoloration. After cleaning, dry parts in the shade.
  • Do not clean the vacuum brush with water. Doing so may cause deformation or discoloration.
  • Before cleaning the wall mount, unplug it.
  • If you notice a gradual decrease in suction power or abnormal overheating, replace the ultra-fine particle filter.
  • After cleaning the dustbin, metal filter, or washable micro-filter with water, let them dry in the shade. Exposure to heat sources may deform the appliance.

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolutions
Vacuum not working.
  • Check battery level and charge if necessary.
  • Ensure the appliance is off, then press the Power button to turn it on.
  • Check if the tube, dustbin, or brush is blocked.
  • Check if the washable micro-filter is correctly inserted.
  • If the vacuum has not been used for a prolonged period, recharge the battery.
  • Replace the battery when it reaches the end of its life.
Suction power suddenly decreases and the vacuum emits a vibrating sound.
  • Check if the brush, dustbin, or a hose is blocked by foreign objects and remove them.
  • Check if the tube or dustbin is completely full of dust. If so, empty it.
  • Check if the filter is dirty. If so, clean it.
Vacuum cannot be charged.
  • Check if the voltage supplying the wall mount complies with its requirements.
  • Check if the vacuum is on and if the battery level LED is lit.
  • Check for foreign objects (dust) on the charging terminal. Remove any foreign objects with a cotton swab or soft cloth.
The rotating brush (drum) inside a brush is not working.
  • When the blocked rotating brush indicator is activated, turn off the vacuum and check if the brush is obstructed by a foreign object. If so, remove the foreign object and restart the vacuum.
  • Check if the vacuum is on, then turn it off and on again.
  • For the special parquet motorized brush and the double motorized mop, if the brush motor's overheat protection is active, wait approximately 30 minutes for the motor to cool down.
An odor emanates from the air outlet or vacuum filter.
  • Regularly empty the dustbin and clean the filters.
  • As this is a new appliance, a slight odor may be present for the first 3 months.
  • Regular use may cause accumulated dirt in the dustbin or filter to emit an odor.
  • Replacement filters are available from your local Samsung service center.
Cleaning is finished, but small dust particles fall from the brush.
  • After cleaning, run the vacuum for 10 seconds or more to suck up small dust particles.
The vacuum stops operating during cleaning.
  • This product is equipped with motor overheat protection. It will temporarily stop operating under the following conditions:
    • When the vacuum operates with a full dustbin.
    • When the vacuum operates with an obstructed suction area or brush.
    • When the crevice tool is used for an extended period.
  • After correcting the cause, turn the product back on. (This may vary depending on ambient temperature.)
Static electricity forms when cleaning thick, soft carpets.
  • Carpet materials (e.g., play mats, sound insulation mats) can generate static electricity.
  • Brush the vacuum on a normal floor for a few moments, then continue vacuuming the carpet. Static electricity should dissipate.

This vacuum cleaner complies with the following standards:

  • Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
  • EMC Directive 2014/30/EU
